"A compact hotel, centrally located and very convenient for transport. It has a bit of a Japanese hotel vibe. However, the space was incredibly cramped; there was nowhere to put my groceries or luggage! On the bright side, it was quite clean, and the color scheme and aesthetics were excellent. You could say it's small but perfectly formed, boasting a strong industrial design aesthetic. The overall ambiance had a distinct former Soviet bloc feel."

"Superb location. In the city centre. Historical palace. Modern interior designs of the rooms. Soft & fresh bed sheets/towels. Big rooms. Spotless clean. Great amenities with gym. Delicious with big variations of breakfast. Helpful and great staff. Fast check in & out. Walking distance to all landmarks of the capital. Public transportation is only 1-2 min walk. The only thing that miss were the absence of extra tooth paste and tooth brush. The rest were ok. Highly recommend. Definitely comeback here soon."

"The hotel was fine for the price. Staff were very helpful, the view of the city was amazing. The bed was okay, there was no overhead lighting. One had to use lamps. The fridge in the room was nice to have but noisy. I unplugged it at night. It kept the contents cold by the next morning. Daily house keeping, metro just outside and a shopping mall across the road. There is Burger King, KFC, Subway if you are craving Western food. Basic amenities but clean and comfortable."

"Even though I only stayed for a few hours to get some sleep, this was the hotel with the best-smelling bed sheets I’ve experienced so far. It really left a great impression on me. The only issue was waiting a bit too long during check-out. But I would definitely choose this hotel again."

"The boss is super diligent and does hygiene three times a day. Very clean and tidy, the traffic is very convenient, the subway to the bus station entrance, walk six minutes to the hotel, bus 80 meters to the hotel, suitable for people with a lot of luggage, no need to go at all, the bus from the hotel to the airport, you can 213, 305 to 84, take bus 2 Lev, subway 1.6 Lev. Go to all scenic spots, you can walk, no need to take a car, it is half an hour away, there is a market next to the scenic spot, selling vegetables and fruits is much cheaper than supermarkets. I love Trip.com , the convenient homestay is suitable for poor travel, in addition to living, the average day spent 50 yuan a day abroad, it is not too proud. You can cook, there are many big supermarkets in the scenic area."

"I stayed here four nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hotel is an older, classy, clean, establishment with spacious rooms, a wonderful breakfast buffet with numerous choices, as well as coffee’s, cappuccino, espresso. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The shower had the best water pressure of any hotel I’ve been in. It is perfectly situated with local shopping, restaurants, and the numerous top sites of Sofia within walking distance. It is absolutely a great value for the service they provide. My thanks to the staff for a wonderful four-day day here and beautiful Sofia, Bulgaria."

The room was spacious, with comfortable amenities. The staff did a great job of replenishing soap/towels on a daily basis. "Very Good Value for Money. Room is clean and cozy. Self check-in is available for those coming past 7pm. I contacted them via WhatsApp. Bed is comfortable. The comforter could be bigger tho. My room is on the first floor on the other house at the back. Kettle is available if you want to make your early morning coffee or tea. There is also a mini fridge. A/C is also available and iron for clothes. Location is perfect, just outside is a tram station and also very close to the airport line station just one transfer or you could just walk. The neighborhood feels safe and a lot of different establishments. There are many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. My only complaint really is the no separation of toilet and shower as others have pointed out. But the hot/cold shower is very nice. I loved showering here."
