We did not like this hotel at all! We chose it because it is located halfway between two cities we stopped at during our driving vacation. The area it is in did not feel very safe. And it did not look very clean.I requested a quiet room. But the check-in staff explained that: when you book with Ctrip they will automatically assign you the worst and noisiest room. I asked to change the room. They said it cannot be changed. The entire night there were sounds of people walking loudly over our room and things thudding above us. The bed frame was even shaking from it sometimes. We could hardly sleep all night. It ruined one entire day of our vacation :(

Great staff. The breakfast is just ok, but better than most hotels like this. The room was spacious. The wifi is horrible. It kept going in and out and I had to use my phone. Also, the ridiculous requirement to sign in on a web page means I couldn't use my streaming device. No Netflix or Amazon available on the tv. At one point there was the thumping noise from a bass system. Don't get a room near the gazebo. There were loud parties every day. And they allow smoking near the front entrance. The pool is great when it's free of kids. The exercise room is a joke. The chocolate chip cookies were good though!

Decent hotel, very good breakfast, my son liked the pool. Our room was ok but smelled a bit musty and also like a strong cleaner that was trying to mask the smell. Beds are way too soft for my preference, but good if you like a soft bed.

It was a great stay. The room was nice and cool and the bed was comfortable. It only got loud when the little leaguers arrived. Not too bad though. I would definitely again.

Our room was infested with roaches. Everything looked fine in the beginning but when we woke up to use the bathroom, the critters were parading around without impunity. Pray that they didn’t insert themselves into our clothing or luggage.

The Hotel was very cleaned inside. We loved how close it was to I95..
I wanted to Make special mention of Pashion, Ebony, Teresa and Mae, what a asset they are made us feel welcome every time they saw us. The breakfast was very nice. Thanks lady for being so committed to your job and being so helpful and sociable. Keep smiling kindness meant the world to us.

When arriving the room and building were clean. No complaints as far as that, but difficulty being able to sleep because every time someone used water there was a huge banging sound throughout the building. Did talk to staff and they mentioned rooms near a boiler room may be hearing that. They did offer to move us, but there were no double bed rooms left for a family. It was late so we chose to suck it up. Otherwise would reccomend staying.

Door to our room would not close all the way, whole hotel smelled like pot and actually could see smoke from whomever around the properly smoking. Filthy property, floors did not looked like had been mopped in weeks, carpet dirty and water stained. Terrible experience. Did not even I pack just drop the room key to the front desk and said I have to leave cannot stay here.
