They changed our room because the first room was musty and very dated. I thought that they had updated rooms. I asked and paid extra but the room was not updated. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We visited the resort in October which is off season for them. It was very quiet and comfortable. The room was clean, and the staff were helpful and courteous. We will definitely return next year.

Great overall location were slightly outdated but clean and very attentive staff. Management person noted I could not change specific room since done through ******* which I thought was odd. Front desk staff Melissa was very accommodating to ensure my 82 year old mom did not have to climb stairs. One management glitch was made up by attentive front desk and housekeeping staff.

Property overall was nice but disappointed getting handicap room (not requested) and no balcony or patio room. Rooms were available but staff would not switch rooms for us because we needed to contact ******* to make changes.

Hotel was fine. Restaurant was closed for the weekend for private parties. PAID holiday rates and had to eat off property. No one told us that we couldn't eat there. Yet we oaid top rates.

I liked the clean beach, pool, beach chairs, and room. I didn't like that coffee, shampoo etc was never replenished during my 4 night stay. Staff took trash out and replaced towels, that's all. I did like the location of the hotel, very peaceful.
