"This hotel offers excellent value for money. This was my second trip to Manila. The first time, I stayed in a hotel in BGC (due to safety concerns and unfamiliarity with the local environment), which was expensive and had very ordinary facilities.
Choosing this hotel this time proved to be a very wise decision. The staff were all very enthusiastic and had an amazing attitude. Check-in and check-out were both handled very efficiently. It's also very close to the airport; a Grab ride takes only about ten minutes. There's a large shopping mall nearby, which is very convenient for shopping, and a 7-Eleven downstairs. Most importantly, the hotel parking lot P3 has a smoking area, which is incredibly friendly for a smoker like me in a city like Manila, where smoking is strictly regulated. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

For my 3 days and 2 nights stay I had a good night sleep because the ambience is so homey. Not only that the place is near to every shops and malls. There was a microwave, kettle, washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator in the room, which was very convenient!
I didn't quite know how to use the dryer, and I didn't know how to use it when I called the front desk, so it would have been helpful if there was a sign explaining how to use it.
We stayed with five people and only had the bare minimum amenities,
but there were only two toothbrushes, shampoo, and body soap.
There were five bath towels, but only one hand towel.
Maybe it was just because we checked in early, but it would have been helpful if there were enough for everyone.
The pool was large and beautiful, but it would have been nice to have a place to rest right next to the pool!
There was also a gym, and it was quite close to the airport and shopping malls, so it felt like it was within walking distance!

GGuest UserFeedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay
I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.

GGuest UserThe place is really nice. It's really clean and comfy. Good for families as well. Sad that we were not able to enjoy the pool during the stay due to bad weather. Hopefully, soon, they will have motorcycle parking and more convenient stores.

The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. AAnonymous UserA unit with two bedrooms! Very comfortable to stay and perfect for a group of family and friends. The room is amazing, it has enough equipment that you will need especially for cooking and utensils. Very convenient because it is also close to the main gate of Azure and has a beautiful pool view in a high floor.
