I loved this hotel

Only drawback for me was no elevator. I had taken my mom to a family event and wasn’t aware of this and was booked on 2nd floor. Found out this was a first generation Residence Inn. Set up and everything was great but just made it hard on my 85 year old mom with no elevator

I didn’t like anything about this property. The room was filthy and had a strong odor. The bathroom smelled like urine. We decided to not stay at this hotel. The area was sketchy.

The property was close off our exit. Cracker Barrel was next soor.
The staff wasnt particularly friendly but they answered any questions we had.

Roaches in room. Rooms dated and worn down . Sofa cushions a stained . The lobby, breakfast area and buffet were remodeled and great breakfast . Location, although close to town , not that convenient. There is a Cracker barrel next door.

The property has become a bit worn, showing age. This is very true of the grounds and exterior.
However, the staff are great for the moment you arrive thru departure, informative and friendly.

Always like this residence Inn, Room space is great, Fridge and Kitchen and Bathroom off of the bedroom. Nice pull out couch, Finally, a place to stay worth the money......

Decent hotel for the price. A little hard to find bc of road construction/detour. Fairly clean. We had lower floor suite and had tot in above room running across wood floor late at night: what are you to do?

Our stay was quiet and relaxing. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
I was surprised by the addition parking fee.
