Due to the pandemic we had to cancel other New Year's Eve plans and chose to stay a bit closer to home. This was an excellent choice! Unfortunately I can't attest to the salon, spa, or pool (all are off our to-do list until Germany's numbers are down), but everything else about this hotel was amazing. Everyone spoke excellent English, were very accommodating, and the restaurant requires a review all its' own (magnificent!!). If we had to find anything that didn't deserve a five-star rating, it would be the streaming service (lost Netflix connection frequently), however, everything else at this hotel made up for that. You couldn't ask for a better location; it's across the street from the Hauptbahnhof, and one block away from more shopping than you can do in a day! Every hotel in the world should offer an ”Olaf”! Olaf is the most outstanding of this hotel's very service-oriented staff; he is everywhere you need him to be right when you need him there!! If we owned a hotel chain, we would be trying to hire him away from the Graf Zeppelin - he's that good!! This hotel also has an elegant cigar bar. Although I'm not into cigars, it's so elegant that I did not mind accompanying my husband there. My husband's exact words were ”this place has the very best cigars I've ever tried, and an exquisite class of whiskey!” And thanks to Olaf, our preferred table was reserved in the restaurant and in the cigar bar every evening; We will definitely return to this hotel! Oh, I forgot to mention.......we've traveled a lot and have been in a lot of hotels; this was the first that offered a WALK-IN closet with ample storage storage! The two sinks in the bathroom, both a tub AND a shower were also a plus....comforts of home! (We were in a junior suite)

The staff at this hotel are amazing! You can tell they genuinely love their jobs and are just meant to be in hospitality. Two extraordinary individuals stuck out to my family and I - Sarina merz - front desk and Sophia Armandine - host. Thank you for the excellent Germany experience and warm hospitality daily. This hotel has two advantages: location, breakfast; that's why I'm back. But this trip to Derry, it's a pity it's not going to be very good. Most importantly, there was a middle-aged, short man with eyes on the counter. I thought he had a bit of racial slur (he would joke about your English), and we should treat travelers kindly, let alone pay for them. I think it's a pity that a good hotel, a good trip, will disappoint and sad, even the luster of breakfast dim. I'm sorry to say I won't go to a racist restaurant again.

The service is ok and the breakfast is rich. But the guest room has to get off the elevator, go through a long passage, and then get on the elevator, which is very troublesome with luggage. In addition, the guest room is long and narrow, so there is a lot of walking from the front desk to the room. Okay, here comes the point. I don’t know what other guests are like, but I was indeed assigned the cemetery view room mentioned in the review. When I opened the curtains, I was frightened.

The location of the hotel is very central and allows you to reach the center in a few minutes on foot. The structure is a bit old and the rooms are not very spacious and there is no air conditioning. In addition, despite the fact that the services offered include the fitness center, actually asking at the reception we were told that it was false information.

Location: well located, near to shops, malls, restaurants, bars… vibrant area. Room: we had the urban option, spacious, clean, modern, comfortable bed, great shower, sufficient amenities. Front desk service was very helpful. Parking below the hotel was clean, secure and spacious. We didn’t take the breakfast but lots of people were there and it looked good. Different. Very relaxing ambience, not brightly lit. The young staff are all very pleasant and can speak to you with a warming smile. Lots of seating in foyer and if you can play the guitar there’s a couple there for residents. The bedroom are different but everything there that is needed. Our first night was very peaceful but on the second night we were awakened @ 1.30 am to the sound of a French couple who stormed into their bedroom next door to us arguing and shouting at each other very loudly. I put up with it unto 1.45 and then thumped the adjoining wall quite loudly when they quietened down a little, for a while. The room has no phone so I couldn’t ring down to inform them. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable . We didn’t have any food so can’t comment on that. Lovely wee spot and very central.

Although the hotel has come in the years and sweated I have despite the eagle fan and the attired hangs in the room at a summer evening/night in Stuttgart, but for this the hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, always Open for questions, that made everything back wager! My room and the bathroom were clean and spacious, also there was a large desk and a minibar. The city's acquaintance and sleeping could start immediately, because the hotel is located near shopping streets, museums and similar. Bus and train near and the Hbf is only a kilometre walk away. OK, the central location has only one hook, a ”slightly” noise it was persistently by people in the evening, cars on the way to the next club ...

After using the elevator, you still need to walk half floor, if you are at 5th floor then 1 and a half but you got sky window XD. The staffs are very nice and english fluent, and also very kindly to solve many problem. Though there are not many facilities, it is still a fare price to have such hotel in downtown. I would very much recommend it if you don't need much.

A lovely little Pension abut 10 minutes' walk from the city centre, and in easy reach of various U-bahn stops. The surrounding Bohnviertel (bean quarter) i delightful, with plenty of shops and character. It is reasonably priced, the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the room was good, clean and warm. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. It's a shame that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, as I would have loved a cup of tea after strolling round Stuttgart. that aide, I would recommend this place whole-heartedly.

We booked this hotel with booking.com, we went to the car so we chose a hotel that had also parking nearby. As soon as we arrived (5 p.m.) we found no one at the reception, we had not been told that we should have checked in automatic after 14 p.m. We called the number that was written on the door and we were told how we should do. Then we thought about the payment of the parking that was just in front of the hotel and, found the payment column we tried to pay (€ 10.30 for the whole day). The parking meter did not accept either the bankomat card or the credit card , we could not even pay cash because we did not have all those coins (he did not even accept the banknotes), so we called the receiving service who told us that the parking was not them and he did not even know how to solve the problem. My problem: at last we asked the reception of another hotel nearby if we could change 10 euros in coins and fortunately they did. After 5 gg from our stay I receive a mail where I am informed that the reception is not available after 14:00 and check in is to be made automatically with the outdoor car and also that the parking there front costs 10.30 per day but The hotel is a hotel that is located 150 m from the hotel and is parked in another hotel with 8 euros per day. Then I wonder : but I have to have all this valuable information when I've already returned from my trip??? And then, he couldn't tell me at the telephone the receptionist that there was another parking nearby??? !!!! I'm really angry and disappointed! The organisation is bad! To not talk about the receptionist's zero availability. The rest would also be possible if it was not for the little room space, but it will certainly not be the reason that will not make me return there again.
