nice location, not central but next to shops ans restaurants, and centre accessible by public transport room accessible via code, which doesn't allow personal contact unfortunately. However the room is spacious and very clean great free parking on site

Similar experience to Matjaž G though even less notice given. I was told that the hotel was overbooked, but I had booked over 8 months in advance, in October 2023! Basically they are opportunistic price gougers who have cancelled bookings made months ago and resold rooms at a higher rate during the Euros. It would have been annoying if they had done this a few weeks/months ago when they wised up but this was really poor, and resulted in a very stressful and wasted day securing alternative accommodation when I was supposed to be on holiday. If I could award zero stars I would.

As guests to the Euro 2024, I reserved this hotel for myself and family members months ago. Just 5 days before the match, the hotel canceled our reservation without an explanation. Well, actually they sent an email to me that it was on my request - it was not, I should know! I can only assume they canceled at our rate and sold the same rooms at a significantly higher rate (yep, I checked what the rooms are now!). If you want to avoid trouble, avoid this hotel at all cost!

Das Hotel ist eher ein Motel
Rezeption ist nicht besetzt!
1,5 Stunden in dem Restaurant (gehört wohl nicht zum Hotel) warten bis man endlich den Schlüssel bekommt.
Barzahlung vor Ort stellt Probleme dar, am Schluss in dem Restaurant bezahlt aber keine richtige Quittung bekommen!
Gebucht war ein 2 Bettzimmer bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit einem 160 auf 200cm großen Bett.
Das Mögliche Frühstück ist dann im Restaurant Istanbul möglich.
