很乾凈，家庭出遊，性價比很高，住在26層白天看海，夜晚看煙花，步行10分鐘到達海邊，樓裏有超市，小區門口有餐廳，很適合帶長者和孩子的家庭一起出遊，老闆還提供趕海小工具，入住退房也不費事，不錯。

每年都會來東戴河渡假，距北京自駕4小時（大家一定要避開高峯出行自駕，21日晚7點40分從大興出發，巨堵～臨時在盧龍服務區睡了3個小時）凌晨四點10分到東戴河國際度假浴場看日出??（圖1、圖2） 住宿：白金海MOMA。旺季每晚300元，這個小區每個房間都是海景房，小區對面就是海邊，這邊的沙灘比碣石公海灘乾淨多了 出行：建議自駕，去哪裡都很方便 拍照??：儘量穿顏色鮮艷的衣服，帶點鮮花和帽子，作為道具，很是出片～ 美食： 1、早餐：自駕15分鐘去孟家市場旁邊有個#山東老台門湯包 # 價格太美麗了！！！（圖4） 糖油餅真的很不錯（巨大），大家要量力而行，我們兩個人，一個糖油餅都沒有吃完，油條也好大，超級實在～湯包1元1個……這個價格太久沒有出現過了，豆腐腦的味道也不錯 2、#鑫香海鮮飯店#朋友介紹的一家餐館，他家都是包間，食材很新鮮，海螺??沒有一點點異味，紅燒黃花魚很美味，菜量大，良心餐廳??，推薦（圖5） 3、#老王頭餃子# 每次離開東戴河都去他家吃餃子??結束旅行，價格實惠（圖6） 推薦：炸踏板尖（鞋墊子魚??）別的地方好像沒有這??，外酥裏嫩 餃子也好吃～鮁魚餡和皮皮蝦餡各半斤，沒吃完打包了

還不錯 開車去的 北京到東戴河 四個小時 這邊這兩天不會特別熱 衹玩了兩天 住宿挺好的 可以自己蒸煮海鮮 對面的沙灘有遊船 摩託 快艇 邊上還有海盜船飛椅這種刺激的 滑梯碰碰車也有在酒店看挺熱鬧的 房間也很乾凈 值得推薦

住的海景房，在陽台上看海很愜意，房間適合家庭出遊居住！房間比較乾淨，設施齊全。可以買海鮮回來自己蒸煮。

在從葫蘆島沿着濱海大道一路向南進入到綏中縣東戴河附近，主要有三個住宿密集區域。
首先是我選擇的白金海 MOMA，其次是佳兆業，之後是山海同灣。
山海同灣我首先PASS掉了，它的優勢在於附近消費場所*（有孩子遊樂中心）和餐館非常多，劣勢在於不臨海（我就想天天去海邊遛狗啊哈哈）。
其次是佳兆業，屬於東戴河最早一批的大面積住宅區了，附近有超市有餐館有私人海灘，住宿環境成熟。缺點在於得仔細找海景房的位置，有些不臨海，人太密集。

怎麼説，這家按照性價比來説是可以的在這個東戴河來説的話，
他們家房子都在30層，什麼概念呢，就是對面就是沙灘和海，
你衹需要下樓過個馬路就到沙灘了，完了開放式陽台，
就是可以在陽台邊看到海景，邊聊天或者吃飯，使人心情愉悦，
整體來説價位啊或者環境或者服務態度都是不錯的，值得推薦哦

純屬偶然，東戴河之旅，計劃住在漁家院，入住後感覺還是不太習慣，
晚上去海邊遛彎，順便看看有沒有合適的住處，走進了白金海售樓處，
很隨意的問了問有沒有可以出租的房子….…就這樣第二天我們就搬了進來，
價格很便宜，房間很舒適，有電磁爐啊鍋啊，然後為了利用這些設施我們出海打魚。
