高速擁堵，臨時定了這家全季酒店。到的時候挺晚了，工作人員很快就辦理了入住。房間衞生還不錯，早餐也很好吃。總體很好。

陪家裡人出差，看評價還不錯而且也喜歡全季的風格入住的，本來到店也很晚了，剛好家裡人早上洗澡把浴巾掉地下打濕了，就打電話讓重新送兩條浴巾而且房間梳子頭繩都沒有，浴巾被前台告知要八點半以後才可以，難道你們不考慮客人是否是着急用嘛？後來我也理解説客房沒上班，就用濕的的將就用了，但是八點左右經過走廊已經有客房在打掃房間了，就有點生氣，明明有人也就不送，就下去吃早餐了，早餐吃完上來經過走廊碰到客房大姐在做衞生就順便問她要了浴巾和梳子，客人客房就問我今天是不是續住，我也理解她想了解住客續住情況，我就告訴她我晚點退，她又問我，晚點是要多久，我説不確定，又問我，大概需要多久，怎麼了，八點多你們就開始催退了嗎？除了房間桌面衞生有點差還要服務需要好好加強培訓，酒店環境都還不錯

晚上臨時預訂。房間很大，全季風格，早餐都差不多。晚上到的時候前台小姐姐很熱情很好，總是笑眯眯。第二天早上離店的時候，問前台要份水果，竟然説沒有了，然後我去拿杯子接熱水的時候，發現擺了好多份水果，無語，也懶得詢問了，衹是覺得這樣不好吧
