"The room was great and clean! A female staff member at the front desk was very welcoming and even recommended some famous nearby porridge shops, which we tried and found delicious. We originally planned to stay another night, but the breakfast the next day was a shock. Breakfast closes at 10:00 AM, and we went downstairs at 9:15 AM to avoid the rush, but many plates were empty, not even fried eggs. The staff cooking noodles said they were too busy and didn't have time, and by the time we finished eating (about 20 minutes later), the noodles still hadn't arrived. We've never encountered this situation in a 4-star or higher hotel before. We complained to the staff on duty, but to no avail. It was a real shame to encounter this during our holiday, so we changed hotels immediately. Therefore, we will book again this afternoon; I think I will stay, but I won't choose the price that includes breakfast again."

"I went back to my hometown during the Qingming Festival to commemorate the festival. I checked in on the 7th and checked out on the 9th. It was the first time I met this hotel in more than ten years of traveling. I rarely write hotel reviews, but this incident really made me unhappy. On the morning of the 9th, I caught a flight and left for the airport after checking out at 7 o'clock. About two and a half hours later, I received a call from the front desk during the boarding process. Front desk: "The cleaning lady said she couldn't find the bath towels, floor towels, and umbrellas in the room. Do you know where they are?"
