房間住着很舒服床很大 早餐很好吃種類繁多 有洗衣房健身房都很方便 但是剛進門就發現有一個紙團在燒水壺那的桌子上噢 離地鐵口要走五六七八分鐘 隔音也一般般吧 光線有一點暗不方便化粧 建議改進一下下 蘇州很美下次再來

酒店設施完善，有洗衣房、健身房、大廳還有喝咖啡的地方，房間乾淨衞生，環境挺好的，每天有自助餐式的早餐，而且前台小姐姐們很好。

是來出差的，前台服務員挺好的，以為有文件需要打印，前台也是幫忙打印了資料，而且是免費的，這點非常感謝，位置也好找，房間網絡也挺好的，好像是房間獨立網絡，而且打車也方便，可以直接在酒店門口接，環境也挺好的，推薦

1. 地點偏僻在一個商業樓裏側，外表沒有指示牌。晚上週圍燈光暗，還有一段路沒有燈。
2. 一般酒店沒人住的時候都會開着窗户通風，這間進去時沒有開窗，屋裡有異味。
3. 衞生表面看還行，翻開被子床單有明顯污漬。
4. 空調老舊打開半天不熱，問前台説不能開30℃，要開26℃空調才能工作。
5. 洗澡水不熱，温温吞吞的。地漏下水不好，洗了一會兒就積水了，本來不敢洗了，關掉擦乾時發現等一會兒水又流下去了。最後是沖一會，關一會讓積水流下去再沖。
6. 早上8點左右去餐廳吃飯，早餐本來品種就少，而且大部分都沒有了。春節入住人多，自助早餐吃完都補不上。酒店應根據入住情況安排好餐廳供應。
7. 年初二晚上入住，春節溢價嚴重。
