Waited fifteen minutes and didn't come. Just call on the phone. No one picked up the first two times. Get through and ask. Well. Continue to wait. Waited another fifteen minutes. Still no movement. I called the front desk again. Probably not the same person. Ask again. Waited another fifteen minutes. Can't wait. We carried our luggage by ourselves. Really hot. This service is also speechless. The front desk has always been 1-2 people. It looks like there is no experience. The experience is really bad.

It is particularly comfortable. I didn’t say turning over to wake up the baby at night. , I don’t know what kind of mattress it is, it’s much better than that kind of parent-child room, it’s very practical, and there is a small accident (jewelry box) which is really sweet, I really want to buy one to go home haha

I made an appointment with my friend, and I will stay at this hotel when I go to Yangcheng Lake to eat crabs next month.

Huayu Hotel is really amazing...the service is great, the environment is very good...especially the front desk (JasonW) is too in place, the service is warm and attentive, and the room type has been upgraded...the room has a lot of drinks and snacks. All in all, the staying experience is excellent 👍🏻
