Indigo properties in Suzhou

Visiting Suzhou for Chinese New Year, I stayed at the Hotel Indigo Suzhou Grand Canal and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel's location is super convenient, and its design truly captures the charm of Jiangnan. The high-floor views overlooking the ancient Grand Canal are stunning. Our room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtful down to the last detail. A special thank you to Sylvia for her patient and considerate help throughout our stay, from answering check-in questions to offering itinerary suggestions. She proactively assisted with our requests and resolved any issues, demonstrating both professionalism and warmth. Her meticulous and attentive service significantly enhanced our travel experience. I highly recommend this hotel and commend Sylvia for her excellent service. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou!

I stayed on the 5th floor facing the roundabout, and the nightly light show was absolutely stunning from up close. We even got to see fireworks! 👍 The hotel also offered a complimentary bike ride around Jinji Lake, but unfortunately, we couldn't fit the free 2-hour bicycle tour into our schedule due to conflicting plans. I absolutely loved the color scheme of the room – a chic and serene gray-blue. With the New Year approaching, the hotel had a wonderfully festive atmosphere. Most of our excursions around the area took about 30 minutes. Aside from visiting the classical gardens this time, the dinner and night views around Ligongdi added significant value to our in-depth exploration of Suzhou.

For this trip, the two of us stayed at the Indigo Hotel and were fortunate to receive warm and attentive service from our butler, Chris. We were even unexpectedly upgraded to a lake-view room! That evening, we enjoyed the hotel's arranged fireworks show, and the next morning, we were even treated to the sunrise from our room – it was simply wonderful! We had dinner at the hotel that night, enjoying their co-branded set menu with Songhelou Restaurant. The quality and presentation were both excellent, making it incredibly cost-effective. Thank you so much to Chris for the excellent service; we'll definitely choose Indigo again next time! 👏😁
