This is my first stay here, and it has been a wonderful experience. The environment is exceptionally clean, and the breakfast buffet is impressive. I highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best I've stayed at so far in Tagaytay. Their amenities are kid- and family-friendly, plus the cleanliness of their rooms and bathrooms are superb. They have a perfect location as well. I would also like to give credit to their staff for being warm and accommodating. I will surely come back and stay with them again.

We booked a Superior Room via Trip.com, which mentioned an option between a king-size bed or two single beds. However, upon confirming directly with the hotel, we were informed that the room only comes with a king-size bed—there is no option for two singles. This was quite disappointing as the listing was misleading.
We then requested to upgrade our room, but on the day of our check-in, we were told it was unavailable due to a leak from the rain. With limited options, we had to proceed with the original room and pay extra for an additional bed, which was unfortunately not very comfortable. Unfortunately, the beddings also had multiple tears, which affected the overall comfort.
Additionally, the TV wasn’t working due to cable issues, and the other room we booked ended up not being used. We were told the front desk would be informed, but no clear update was given.
Lastly, the WiFi signal was very weak—I had to leave the door open just to get a stable connection.
While the staff were polite, we hope the hotel can improve on communication, listing accuracy, and room amenities for a better guest experience.

We booked two rooms—a family room and a double room. The family room is on the ground floor, while the double room is on the second floor. Both rooms have balconies with a table and chairs. The family room has three big, comfortable beds, and the double room has a king-size bed. Toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers are provided.
Our stay included breakfast, and we enjoyed the buffet selection: pandesal, fried rice, steamed rice, pork tapa, adobo, fish fillet, eggs, champorado, salads, barako coffee, juice, and water. The eggs are pre-cooked sunny side up—no egg station.
The hotel has a swimming pool, and the interior is really beautiful. It’s located along the main road where buses and jeepneys pass by, and it also has a parking lot. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to Ayala Serin and nearby establishments.
We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.
