The location is very good. The front desk service is also polite and good. The room is small, but there are no major complaints. However, since the air conditioning is controlled commonly throughout the building, it is not possible to adjust it for each room. The room temperature was 18 degrees, so cold that I thought it was ice cream in the fridge. It was really cold, so I asked the front desk to raise the temperature, which they readily agreed to, but it didn't turn up the temperature. The only way you can adjust it yourself is by closing the air conditioning vents. However, some cold air still comes in. The best way is to book a room with a window. Since it's Taiwan, it's hot outside, so adjust the temperature by opening and closing the windows. However, even though I had booked a twin room with a window for two days, on the first day I was in a small room without a window. On the second day, we were changed to a room with a slightly larger window.

The male hotel staff was very friendly and kind, always greeting me and offering me water when I went out. I was able to change my room to a larger room halfway through the stay and was able to spend a comfortable time. We also received cup noodles and small snacks at the front desk. The shower was difficult to use because of the way the water was splashed out, as other people said. Maybe it's because the air conditioning is adjusted throughout the building, so it's a bit of a minus point. It was convenient because it was within walking distance of Taipei Station and the market. Considering the price, it was a good value.
