It was a nice stay and clean. Just wish they would install hand grips in the bathroom for the tub. We are older and had trouble getting in and out of the shower. Also they served a very good breakfast.

Ms. Keke was Awesome!! She was professional, helpful, and inviting to the customers. She was that extra special touch for the hotel. The lady that worked the morning shift seemed to always be annoyed or something. We said hello to her as we were walking out one morning and she didn't even smile.

We had the suite on the 4th floor and water literally began pouring from the light in the ceiling! Stains on the sheets, unidentifiable stain on the pull out mattress. definitely could use some updating

The location is ideal if you're going to Busch Gardens. Breakfast is standard and not bad. Our room didnt have working ac (it was 60° outside so not terrible)and the tub looked dirty. The area was slightly questionable, but I think that's Tampa in general. Front desk staff was friendly.

Close to Busch gardens, yuengling brewery which is a must see!
Staff was nice, breakfast was good, get there early.
Beds were a bit soft.
Shuttle driver is great!

I use Chime bank and paid for my room with my Chime card. The property doesn’t accept Chime bank debit or credit as forms of payment. I feel like the hotels and Travelocity need to communicate these things and make it clear that the hotel will not accept this card for deposits. They did make an exception which was nice and the staff was super sweet so everything ended up working out.

If you are here to visit Busch Gardens this is the place to stay. Great staff, clean rooms and a great shuttle to the park.
