我們是四人組團遊，租了一個套房，老闆特別熱情，人還沒到常德下午就打電話來問我們幾點到，要記得訂演出票，然後下午四點到的，忙着張羅我們還會給我們做晚飯，而且這個地址就在演出檢票大廳的隔壁，住宿環境非常好，是家裡的那種自建三層房，特別舒心安逸，還在上面打了一晚上麻將，想在家裡的感覺，下次還來常德桃花源的話還會住這裏，推薦！老闆娘真的特別熱情

老闆人很好，一個人出遊特別提醒和關照，客房睡覺很安靜，設備齊全，服務好，幫忙代買門票。衞生情況好，屬於家庭經營，有小廚房，挺好的。

在春節返程期間被擁堵着慢慢挪動總算抵達了民宿，距離高速出口不遠，開車10多分鐘左右，熱心的老闆娘早早就聯繫我們，在得知我們會很晚到，主動説給我們做點什麼吃的備着，還安排對面的飯店老闆冒雨迎接我們，房間超大，乾淨整潔，到廚房看到精心擺盤的西蘭花和小米紅棗粥，還有小刀切、玉米饅頭，還有當地人自己吃的小菜，真的被温暖到了，老公直説，這次的民宿是我們出門一個月所住民宿最便宜的但感受最好的一家，有種回家的感覺，必須給個大大的贊！

免費停車在門口，50米就是景區南門，旁邊有很多吃飯的地方，房間很乾凈，設備都是新的，適合長者小孩一起住，也可以用店家的廚房煮菜，老闆娘非常熱情，直接到橋邊接我們到店，詳細介紹如何遊玩景區，住得很輕鬆舒服。

民宿主人佛系經營的住宿，一間單間和一間套房，打理的井井有條。我因為學習記錄當地方言而投宿於此。表明來意後，店主幫忙聯繫了當地方言發音人讓我採錄素材，然後又準備了一桌菜餚招待大家，很熱心的一個人。祝生意興隆！

房間衞生很乾凈，很舒服，特別老闆娘人特別好，廚房餐具全部可以用，我們住二樓，一樓煮飯吃飯，老闆娘人也和善，當天我們到的時候都6點了想吃青菜，還幫我們去地裏找了青菜給我們，非常感謝，住她家絕對滿意，她就是桃花源本地人，民宿就在桃花源南門口，夜場演出大門口，五柳小鎮，吃的特別多，我們早餐每個人都吃了常德米粉，絕對好吃，點贊👍👍👍👍👍
