第一次住這家酒店，酒店大堂氣派，乾淨整潔。朋友在這裏辦酒席，我們提前一天到住在這裏真挺不錯👍電梯速度非常快。我們吃酒席當天服務員也特別熱情，小孩比較多，服務員阿姨還耐心還給孩子盛飯夾菜，整個用餐都讓我們大人很安心。還有早餐也不錯，服務員超級熱情，下次回來桃源還住這家酒店！推薦

給我升級了影音房，高清屏幕又大，視覺效果很好，房間衞生很乾凈，雖然是木地板，但是很亮堂，而且那床單被套都很白凈，看着就安心的那種。自動窗簾太愛啦，睡覺時不用特地跑起來關窗簾，一按床頭健就自動關了，而且很遮光，我備的眼罩都用不上。服務也好，前台説24小時都可以隨時聯繫她們，雖然是酒店最基本的，但是她這麼一説，我就覺得有安全感，嘻嘻[強][強][強]

1、免費升級了房間很不錯，房間很大。
2、客房送的小吃，自助早餐都很不錯很好吃，牛肉粉沒那麼辣就更好了。
3、服務很到位，想喝綠茶，但是前台當天提供的是大麥茶，前台小姐姐主動泡了一壺綠茶給我。
4、床品也行，衞生看得到的都是很乾凈的，小香皂是玫瑰花形狀，不用看着也舒服。
總之，整體是非常棒的！

酒店周邊環境好，離主街很近，但也不吵，酒店大堂和樓層走廊都有一股香味，特別好聞
。前台服務人員很有耐性也熱情，我問題很多都沒有不耐煩，而且會主動提醒我早餐的
用餐時間和地點。運氣很好，遇到一對新人在辦婚禮。希望我也能接到這對新人的喜氣，嘻嘻，很喜歡這家酒店，性價比超高，會再來入住！強烈推薦噢~～

1.房間空間還是不錯，硬件設施算是桃源很不錯的；
但是
2.本來訂的房間包括兩份早餐，但是起的比較早，希望前台能否準備下，直接回絕，讓人不敢恭維；
3.管理很差，三更半夜被陌生人瘋狂按門鈴，敲門，打開門看不到人，睡覺睡的不踏實；
4.房間隔音很差，旁邊房間説啥聽的一清二楚，沒法睡覺；
5.房間廁所臭

差評，打掃衞生的人的態度，就是丟我們常德人的臉，建議她以後不要上班，她上班都是挑事特罪人的。前台要她來做衞生，她進門放完工具就開始罵罵咧咧，絮絮叨叨，我都沒説話，真的，我在想她想表達什麼？我媽跟她説，你九點半以後我們出門了再過來打掃，現在有人在廁所，她説她從十幾樓下來的，不做衞生你們不早説？我想問問她，她是自己走下來嗎？不是坐電梯？不想工作中怎麼不向老闆提離職？我媽説你十點以後可以來，她説她十點要去吃飯，你十點吃個什麼飯？你就在家吃啊，還出來工作幹什麼？我真是活久見，還有主動刁難客人的人，我招她還是惹她了。感覺自己遇到***，***嘛，她不要來酒店工作，自己去醫院檢查神經內科。
