We arrived here very early as we had been booked on an early flight from Blenheim. we left our luggage and spent the day visiting various places . By three o'clock, when we had been told to come back, we were a bit tired after the early start and lots of walking so were rather dismayed to hear our room wasn't ready. Throughout our three week tour in NZ we heard a lot about staff shortages in the hospitality sector. The receptionist asked housekeeping if they could prioritise our room and about 45 mins later we were able to go up. As compensation for the delay we were given two bottles of wine and some chocolate. We appreciated the gesture although we had said we understood the problems . Our apartment had two bedrooms, one ensuite and the other with a bathroom across the hall. The kitchen was well equipped and we were pleased to have a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a steep slope up to the entrance to this place which may cause difficulties for some. It is very conveniently located for restaurants, shops and attractions. The harbour area is only a 15 to 20 minute walk away, depending on mobility levels. A good base for exploring Wellington.

No extra bed, breakfast is standard hotel buffet breakfast, milk coffee juice drink, fried egg bacon sausage grilled mushroom, fruit oatmeal bread chant, butter jam. That's it. The location is very close to the city center. You can drive to the museum and the seaside in 8 or 9 minutes. The front desk of the hotel is responsible for parking and picking up the car. It costs 30 yuan per day for parking, no extra tip is required.

We have always enjoyed staying at QT Museum Hotel. We were given the option to upgrade to a Seaview room on the top floor with an additional charge. Seeing it is a more quiet room compared to my booking request on the 1st floor near road traffic and rubbish bin area, I paid the extra for the upgrade per night for 2 nights. Our room was not serviced well the following day. Rubbish bin in the bathroom being the only one was not emptied. The Bath and Shower gel was not replenished, we had to asked for it to be refilled. the cushions on the bed was still on the floor from the night before, the ironing board was still left out - I did not put it back as the iron was still very hot after ironing my dress for my conference that morning. The gym facilities was very tired with all towels being used and the used towels bin was overflowing. I was very disappointed with my stay this trip, using shortage of staff since Covid is a very old excuse now. Systems and procedures should be in placed by management to ensure the 5 star ratings is upheld. No point upselling or selling more rooms if they cannot keep customers happy to come back again. This was not only my opinion but that of my colleagues. very disappointing!

The name of the hotel is known locally as MAUMI hotel, and the name on this site did not convey it. It feels like the old building is being carefully used, and the stairs and elevators are old. Even though it was a four-story building, it was taller around here, and the floors of each floor were spread out vertically and horizontally. The former CUBA street is the busiest downtown area, with many restaurants, shops, and cafes. The room faced the street, but the weekend noise disappeared by 12:00 and we had a quiet night. Until 8 o'clock in the morning of the holiday, the car was hardly running.

We stayed at this hotel when visiting Wellington. (Rm705) The staff were friendly and helpful. The foyer and corridors looked tired and in need of refurbishment. We stayed on the top floor overlooking a side street. The room was clean well appointed and of a good size. The beds were comfortable and the shower had a good pressure. Car parking was limited and a tight squeeze to get in. We could have done with double glazing windows as we did have some street noise from rowdy people. The restaurant at the hotel needed to display More Gluten Free Options as this prevented us eating there. Al's Top Tips Ask for a room not over looking Willis Street. Take a good umbrella / waterproof clothing as it rains alot here and can be quite windy.

We both really enjoyed our stay here, it was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do for the 2 weeks we were there. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. It was just 15min walk to the train station, 1 min walk to the closest bus stop which was great going to and from the airport and getting around the city. Te papa and the waterfront were a 10min walk away. Good bathroom facilities. We would stay again.

Located so close to all that is great about Wellington, this hotel fully delivered for a one night stay. In town for the Ed Sheeran concert, we checked in late afternoon, enjoyed a couple of beers at the bar with friendly, efficient staff. Then a nice pub dinner, good quality pub grub. Uber to Sky Stadium cost around $12 there, $26 back. Room 110 was lovely, gorgeous little bathroom, and fabulous big bed, so very comfortable. We have stay here before and The Cambridge will be our first choice for next Wellington stay

The bed was great - really comfortable. The heat pump was really annoying, some instructions would have been helpful and when I first texts sent to the cell phone provided were unanswered. When I tried the landline it transpired that the wrong cell number was listed. The heat pump continued to be problematic throughout the stay. With 4 of us staying there was not sufficient seating in the lounge＞ There was plenty of room in the lounge for a couple of chairs as well, so this was less than ideal.

Stayed her for a work on 5 August 2022 Good hotel in a handy central location. Good reception area, staff were friendly and welcoming. Not a modern hotel by any means but a classic feel to it. Was assigned a wheelchair accessible room 507, Room was a small queen room that was clean and well appointed. Being a disability accessible room, the bathroom was huge and essentially a wet-room without a bath. Not that I wanted one, but you would expect to see one, normally. Nearly slipped in the shower as I didn't find the rubber grip mat until after my shower as it was under the towels on the towel rail, where I didn't see it, rather than in the shower on the hand rail where I would. Good to see they have done away with the plastic bottles for Had an internal room facing another hotel block without a view, but this meant it was quiet. Wellington can get noisy on a Friday night but I slept well. Check out took maybe 10 seconds. Would stay again. Damon

We didn't get what we had booked. Wanted 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each, next to each other. Our rooms were on separate floors, one had a king and a single trundle bed in it. We had sent emails prior requesting this, had confirmations back ensuring our request was met, only to be told on arrival, after we had paid, that one room had been moved to another floor! Receptionist didn't seem to care that we were very disappointed. When we went to second (upgraded) room, the bathroom door had come off it's roller making it hard to open or shut, and came right off at one point, dangerous as was heavy solid glass. Asked reception to have it fixed next day, got back that night to find it hadn't, asked again following morning, was fixed next day.

Breakfast is ok, bread, croissant, scrambled eggs, soy beans, mushrooms, grilled bacon, sausage, apple juice, orange juice, or something The accommodation is okay. The big bed room where my friend and I slept is completely ok. There are half-length mirrors and full-length mirrors in it, but the layout restrictions are on the implantation bed (we slept very well anyway) It seems that hotels here don’t provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, so please remember to bring them. I remember that China Southern Airlines will send a set of portable toiletry bags. If you don’t bring toothbrushes and toothpaste, you must keep this. 10-20 minutes walk near the hotel, urban buildings, photo spots, Cuba Street, and you can basically reach it (if you can, it’s more convenient to plan in advance) Is there a parking lot, because I remember that there was a sign on the front desk to write about 20 dollars a night parking fee, right? I don’t remember exactly, I don’t have a car, haha

There is no chair in the basic room! The room is also very small! One more thing, the wind in Wellington is particularly strong. The sanitation is very good, the environment is very good, the service is good, the facilities are OK, and the hotel will be selected again next time. The food you eat is also delicious, especially the beef noodles! The hotel is good, there is a Yaohan on the side, there is a supermarket. You can walk to the famous San Francisco, the famous tourist attraction in Macau, which is about 10 minutes away. The family room is one big and one small and two beds. The room is relatively large. I like the position of the bay window. It is no problem to stay in the bed by the bed. Refrigerator snacks and drinks are free, and you can use the food and beverage coupons for self-service meals. You can make an appointment for self-service, otherwise there is no location. Next to the hotel is the new Yaohan companion, complete with cosmetics and valmont. The hotel is not far from the Ruins of St. Paul, the good physical advice is called a car to Mazu, all the way back to the St. Paul.

Room 302 was a spacious room which included beds for 3 people, a couch and a well equipped kitchenette with a table and 3 chairs to eat at. There was a cupboard for hanging clothes, as well as benches/shelves to put suitcases. The bathroom was a reasonable size with a good shower and full hand basin. Hand soap and body wash were provided. The toilet was clean but the seat could do with being replaced. There was ample off road parking. There were stairs as well as a lift to access the upstairs levels. The location of the motel was excellent for reaching Cuba Street, the waterfront (Te Papa) and Wellington CBD - a 15 min walk. We would happily stay here again.

This is a hostel :) It was right next to Kubi Street and located in the center of the city, so it was a great location to move around and sightsee~! And the hostel is neat, but there is a lot of smell on the sofa in the lounge on each floor. There's a pass ~ ㅎㅎ I stayed on the top floor, but I had a window on the roof and stayed on the second floor bed. I could see the sky while I was resting. It was so good :-) And the rooftop was art ~ The sofa right in front of the rooftop was good. what?

Three people booked a three-bedroom apartment. In the center of Wellington, there is a big NW supermarket on the street. It is also very convenient to buy food for yourself. Go left and go to Victoria University. In short, I am very satisfied, I am sorry that I have not been able to stay for a few more days. There is wifi, the only dissatisfaction is that the kitchen is in a hurry and will flood underneath.

Stayed for 2 nights on and adults weekend away. Great little hotel, rooms are nice with fully equipped kitchen in the suite. I would recommend the suite rather than room for a bit more space. Nice little touches like Bottled water, an Organic fruit drink and chocolate in your room on arrival. Plus you can help yourself to soft drinks and coffee in the lobby anytime. Came with breakfast (continental) which looked nice but we ate out. Customer service was really god. Very close to everything, Will stay again. The only thing that bothered me was no opening windows, but fresh air vents are in place.

The location was convenient and the price was acceptable, for an apartment hotel they have thought about somethings to make life convenient such as providing washing powder for the washing machine. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The lighting was not great, in the bedroom there were only two small bed side lights so it not great for reading in bed. The shower head was falling into the wall and when I asked to get it fixed so i could stand under it they moved it to the other side where it fell slightly less towards the wall. There was shampoo/conditioner and body was provided however no hand soap for washing hands The one window that opened was open when i arrived and one of the window closures was too high to reach easily and i couldn't fully close the window initially until i got a chair to stand on it to do so The other little thing that would make things easier for anyone staying is to move the fridge door to open from the other side so you can open the door and against the wall I struggled with the lighting over all but at least they had a separate light in the lounge that i could turn on so i could actually read my book as there was very little ceiling lights The woman on reception desk was very good and a credit to the hotel. she remained calm when things turned chaotic at the announcement of a lock down and lots of guests having to check out early to get home

The room was clean and tidy and I was very satisfied with it. A small incident: when we booked a room through the Ctrip app by car, it showed free parking. When we checked in at the hotel, the front desk told us that we could only waive the parking fee by booking directly with the hotel. After Ctrip communicated with the hotel, the girl at the front desk confirmed that it was not necessary. After paying the parking fee and waiting to check out, I was reminded by my credit card that the parking fee was charged. I then communicated with Ctrip customer service and refunded the parking fee. I hope there will be no such mistakes in the future. I would like to thank Ctrip customer service staff for their active communication and timely reply. I feel that Ctrip customer service is excellent. It’s getting better👍

Always thoroughly enjoy my stay here. Very convenient, a step away from central Courtenay Place. Parking is convenient and easily accessed. Rooms are fully equipped with kitchenette that has its own dishwasher/cooktop/fridge etc. super comfy bed and nice little balcony. Really nice open plan bathroom/wet room and lighting is great for dolling up! It’s the PERFECT spot for a night out on the town. Always will be booking here for when I am needing to spend my night in Central Wellington for events. Christian H at the counter is a very nice and welcoming work colleague.

The Ramada is in an ideal location for me and the facilities are great. Booking in was not entirely satisfactory as there was a bit of mucking around with rooms but staffing levels due to the covid effect played a part so it was forgivable.

We didn't get what we had booked. Wanted 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each, next to each other. Our rooms were on separate floors, one had a king and a single trundle bed in it. We had sent emails prior requesting this, had confirmations back ensuring our request was met, only to be told on arrival, after we had paid, that one room had been moved to another floor! Receptionist didn't seem to care that we were very disappointed. When we went to second (upgraded) room, the bathroom door had come off it's roller making it hard to open or shut, and came right off at one point, dangerous as was heavy solid glass. Asked reception to have it fixed next day, got back that night to find it hadn't, asked again following morning, was fixed next day.

Stayed for 2 nights on and adults weekend away. Great little hotel, rooms are nice with fully equipped kitchen in the suite. I would recommend the suite rather than room for a bit more space. Nice little touches like Bottled water, an Organic fruit drink and chocolate in your room on arrival. Plus you can help yourself to soft drinks and coffee in the lobby anytime. Came with breakfast (continental) which looked nice but we ate out. Customer service was really god. Very close to everything, Will stay again. The only thing that bothered me was no opening windows, but fresh air vents are in place.

We have always enjoyed staying at QT Museum Hotel. We were given the option to upgrade to a Seaview room on the top floor with an additional charge. Seeing it is a more quiet room compared to my booking request on the 1st floor near road traffic and rubbish bin area, I paid the extra for the upgrade per night for 2 nights. Our room was not serviced well the following day. Rubbish bin in the bathroom being the only one was not emptied. The Bath and Shower gel was not replenished, we had to asked for it to be refilled. the cushions on the bed was still on the floor from the night before, the ironing board was still left out - I did not put it back as the iron was still very hot after ironing my dress for my conference that morning. The gym facilities was very tired with all towels being used and the used towels bin was overflowing. I was very disappointed with my stay this trip, using shortage of staff since Covid is a very old excuse now. Systems and procedures should be in placed by management to ensure the 5 star ratings is upheld. No point upselling or selling more rooms if they cannot keep customers happy to come back again. This was not only my opinion but that of my colleagues. very disappointing!

Room 302 was a spacious room which included beds for 3 people, a couch and a well equipped kitchenette with a table and 3 chairs to eat at. There was a cupboard for hanging clothes, as well as benches/shelves to put suitcases. The bathroom was a reasonable size with a good shower and full hand basin. Hand soap and body wash were provided. The toilet was clean but the seat could do with being replaced. There was ample off road parking. There were stairs as well as a lift to access the upstairs levels. The location of the motel was excellent for reaching Cuba Street, the waterfront (Te Papa) and Wellington CBD - a 15 min walk. We would happily stay here again.

After Ctrip communicated with the hotel, the girl at the front desk confirmed that it was not necessary. After paying the parking fee and waiting to check out, I was reminded by my credit card that the parking fee was charged. I then communicated with Ctrip customer service and refunded the parking fee. I hope there will be no such mistakes in the future. I would like to thank Ctrip customer service staff for their active communication and timely reply. I feel that Ctrip customer service is excellent. It’s getting better👍

We stayed at this hotel when visiting Wellington. (Rm705) The staff were friendly and helpful. The foyer and corridors looked tired and in need of refurbishment. We stayed on the top floor overlooking a side street. The room was clean well appointed and of a good size. The beds were comfortable and the shower had a good pressure. Car parking was limited and a tight squeeze to get in. We could have done with double glazing windows as we did have some street noise from rowdy people. The restaurant at the hotel needed to display More Gluten Free Options as this prevented us eating there. Al's Top Tips Ask for a room not over looking Willis Street. Take a good umbrella / waterproof clothing as it rains alot here and can be quite windy.

The location was convenient and the price was acceptable, for an apartment hotel they have thought about somethings to make life convenient such as providing washing powder for the washing machine. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The lighting was not great, in the bedroom there were only two small bed side lights so it not great for reading in bed. The shower head was falling into the wall and when I asked to get it fixed so i could stand under it they moved it to the other side where it fell slightly less towards the wall. There was shampoo/conditioner and body was provided however no hand soap for washing hands The one window that opened was open when i arrived and one of the window closures was too high to reach easily and i couldn't fully close the window initially until i got a chair to stand on it to do so The other little thing that would make things easier for anyone staying is to move the fridge door to open from the other side so you can open the door and against the wall I struggled with the lighting over all but at least they had a separate light in the lounge that i could turn on so i could actually read my book as there was very little ceiling lights The woman on reception desk was very good and a credit to the hotel. she remained calm when things turned chaotic at the announcement of a lock down and lots of guests having to check out early to get home

Marion hostel 🤭 Totally recommended to find a pretty hostel! This is a hostel :) It was right next to Kubi Street and located in the center of the city, so it was a great location to move around and sightsee~! And the hostel is neat, but there is a lot of smell on the sofa in the lounge on each floor. There's a pass ~ ㅎㅎ I stayed on the top floor, but I had a window on the roof and stayed on the second floor bed. I could see the sky while I was resting. It was so good :-) And the rooftop was art ~ The sofa right in front of the rooftop was good. what?

We arrived here very early as we had been booked on an early flight from Blenheim. we left our luggage and spent the day visiting various places . By three o'clock, when we had been told to come back, we were a bit tired after the early start and lots of walking so were rather dismayed to hear our room wasn't ready. Throughout our three week tour in NZ we heard a lot about staff shortages in the hospitality sector. The receptionist asked housekeeping if they could prioritise our room and about 45 mins later we were able to go up. As compensation for the delay we were given two bottles of wine and some chocolate. We appreciated the gesture although we had said we understood the problems . Our apartment had two bedrooms, one ensuite and the other with a bathroom across the hall. The kitchen was well equipped and we were pleased to have a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a steep slope up to the entrance to this place which may cause difficulties for some. It is very conveniently located for restaurants, shops and attractions. The harbour area is only a 15 to 20 minute walk away, depending on mobility levels. A good base for exploring Wellington.

The big bed room where my friend and I slept is completely ok. There are half-length mirrors and full-length mirrors in it, but the layout restrictions are on the implantation bed (we slept very well anyway) It seems that hotels here don’t provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, so please remember to bring them. I remember that China Southern Airlines will send a set of portable toiletry bags. If you don’t bring toothbrushes and toothpaste, you must keep this. 10-20 minutes walk near the hotel, urban buildings, photo spots, Cuba Street, and you can basically reach it (if you can, it’s more convenient to plan in advance) Is there a parking lot, because I remember that there was a sign on the front desk to write about 20 dollars a night parking fee, right? I don’t remember exactly, I don’t have a car, haha

The bed was great - really comfortable. The heat pump was really annoying, some instructions would have been helpful and when I first texts sent to the cell phone provided were unanswered. When I tried the landline it transpired that the wrong cell number was listed. The heat pump continued to be problematic throughout the stay. With 4 of us staying there was not sufficient seating in the lounge＞ There was plenty of room in the lounge for a couple of chairs as well, so this was less than ideal.

Dinner is served next to the bar, free, and the atmosphere is good. The location is excellent, in the city center, wherever you go!
