I had an absolutely enchanting stay at the Rupestral Hotel in Cappadocia. The unique charm of the cave rooms combined with the breathtaking views made my experience truly unforgettable. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to l Emre and Alaina for their exceptional hospitality. Their attention to detail and warm demeanor made me feel right at home. Every interaction was a delight, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Thank you, Alaina and Emre, for making my Cappadocia experience so magical. I can't wait to return to this gem of a hotel!

It was the best staying experience. It's a shame that it was only for one night. Not only can you see the balloons in the early morning, you can also see the beautiful Cappadocia's forward slope in the evening from both your room and the terrace. The rooms seem to have been designed by the owner, and the interior design and custom-made furniture are very nice. I heard that rooms with infinity pools will be available next year, so I would like to visit again.

I had the worst experience at Helike hotel . I was there with my husband and child from April 24th to April 26th 2024. The manager Ali had a weird welcome for us . We found him very arrogant . Also they put us in a room which had no ventilation and no AC. Upon request they obliged with a standing fan . There was construction going on right next to my room. No where it was mentioned that the drilling sounds would go on the whole day. We had booked a super deluxe room. We spoke with our agent who had done the booking and after a long time they put us in a room with a view of cappadocia. There was no one to help so we had to take our bags ourselves from the basement . There was a girl named Melissa who was extremely helpful and considerate. She was the only bright spot of the entire hotel ! Also one day the hot water stopped in the shower . There is no food except for breakfast at the hotel . I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel .

We stayed at this hotel in September. Our decision was purely based on TripAdvisor reviews and the fact that this hotel is rated 4 star. We had multiple issues with our stay - One, the hotel was located on a hilltop without accessible roads. It is so steep that shuttle transfers would not go up the road and you have to carry your own luggage. Second, the hotel is far away from attractions in Cappadocia. You will end up spending a lot on taxis to get around, and the food options are also limited to expensive restaurants that don't necessarily offer better food than their counterparts closer to the city center. Third, this hotel was not a 4 star experience. The room was poorly lit, there was no AC, and management was FAR from friendly. Fourth, unlike other hotels in the vicinity, the hotel does not have a dedicated shuttle service. Worse, the hotel owner set up with unreliable shuttle services. We were ready to leave for the airport 4 hours before our flight - the shuttle service arranged by the hotel picked us up very late, then picked up another 12-15 individuals, and dropped us off 40 minutes before departure time. The shuttle was clearly privately owned, but the hotel owner insisted that they are owned by the airport and ”the only” shuttle service available. So for the little commission that this hotel was getting to arrange the private shuttle, we almost missed our flight. Not recommended.

Beautiful hotel with a breathtaking view!! Calm and quiet neighborhood. Totally worth every penny spent. Very cooperative and friendly staff. Few tips for travelers: Entire neighborhood has cobbled streets and is on a slope so you might want to wear shoes that do not slip :) Dragging luggage not recommended at all. Contact hotel prior to arrival for a seamless experience, including airport transfer (at an extra charge) If you do not speak Turkish, keep a translator app handy … staff is very cooperative and patiently waits while we use these translators to communicate our requests :) Room comfort 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Staff 5/5 Breakfast 5/5 Value for money 5/5 View ……… no rating :) ref. We just got back to london after staying in one of the most beautiful place in Turkey and amazing cave hotel, Harem suites in cappadocia. The hotel is beautiful and the service from the staff is exceptional. We had a clean room. Water was provided all the time. Breakfast had many options. Mustafa was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality. We will surely recommend this Hotel to our friends and family.
