It was our second time here. The staff is nice and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast has a broad variety if choices and the quality is pretty good. We will surely stay here again, next time we're in the area.

Our room was smaller than promised plus we did not have a sitting area with sofa as the description and picture showed. We had the corner room facing the very loud road out front. We also had an exit door across the hall which slammed every time some one went in or out. The bathroom had one lightbulb in a fixture for three leaving the bathroom dark and dingy. The fixture itself was quite dirty. There were a couple of spots on the walls where the plaster had come off. The bed, towels, shower/tub, and breakfast were all fine. Because of the noise from outside and dreariness of the bathroom I would not stay here again. The price was not in line with the type of hotel this is.

Water temperature or shower was warm at best. TV didn’t work. At checkin there was standing water in tub, and air was in the lines causing the water to sputter out.

TV didn’t work the entire 7 days I was there, even though I reported it. Door cards had to be manipulated for 5 minutes or more every time I tried to enter the room. Staff was very friendly and provided me with some items I left behind at home. Breakfast was good.

Excellent stay. Stayed one night but the experience was very good. Clean and large room. Hot breakfast was good too. Would stay again.

I thought the hotel was very nice, a few things weren't great but not worthy of dropping it to 4 stars. The pool was heated and the kids swam. We stayed for the price and the lication, very close to the zoo and airport. Left a bit too early for the breakfast but even without it the price was good. I would definitely stay there again.
