We could only find a waiter, and then an old aunt came in with a big face drooping all the time, stubborn and arrogant! When we found the problem and went to her, her attitude was quite bad, with a face full of disdain! In desperation, we could only find the manager. After waiting for a long time, a person who claimed to be a room manager came. After listening to our story, she just explained that today's check-out might not be done in detail! Is this a reason? Then took away the garbage, gave us a bottle of water, and sent us two Cokes and sent us away! It was a magical operation! We were in a hurry to go out and didn't say anything, and then we came back at night to rest and found that the bed was sticky. When we looked down, we saw a large sticky stain with a ball of hair on it. It was disgusting! The clothes on the chair back are sticky! The bedsheets have stains and hair! There are cigarette butts and empty bottles under the bed! In today's fierce competition, there is still such a low level of hygiene and service quality. Is Atour going to ruin its own brand? I say so much to remind all Atour friends to avoid pitfalls! If there is another choice besides bad reviews, then there is no worst, only worse! !

The hotel is diagonally opposite the Guomao Shopping Center, which is very convenient for dining. The room is clean and tidy, with a reasonable layout, not too big or too small, just right.
