房間環境好服務都很滿意，因為從沙漠回來晚了，酒店提供了延遲到14點退房

房間非常不錯👍，早餐也不錯，牛奶好喝。床舒服，建議一次性拖鞋換一下。容易滑倒，房間大，地點不錯

酒店位於甘卡旗火車站對面，經常有火車過比較吵。酒店沒有專屬停車場，路邊停車位不收錢但是經常沒有車位。酒店房間挺乾淨，有智能設備，衞生間有鏡燈，夜裡起來上廁所比較方便。酒店熱水不是很熱，尤其是早上洗澡熱水半涼。鎮裏蚊蟲多，房間紗窗根本防不住，還有一個窗户沒紗窗我們也沒注意，結果飛進來許多蟲子，管酒店要了跟蚊香薰了半天屋子才好，所以住這裏晚上開燈之前一定關好窗户。

優點是附近停車方便 設施很新 智能化 有小度非常方便 窗簾也是電動開合的 前台的男服務員態度很好
缺點是臨街、臨火車道，很吵 覺輕的晚上睡不着 沒有冰箱 而且親子房房型是斜着的 怪怪的 順便説一下 退房時候的女店員不知道是怎麼招惹到她了 我們説要取走寄存在冰箱的東西 態度立馬一百八十度改變 冷冰冰的去打開冰櫃就扔下我們回前台了 莫名其妙的 本來對服務挺滿意的 這下減分了！

2023년 올해 오픈한 호텔이라서 깨끗하고 위생적이다. 시내에서 제일 깔끔하고 좋아보였다.
직원들은 엄청 친절하다.
침대가 너무 편안했다. 아쉬운건 8중순 더운데 이불이 너무 두껍고 무서워서 잘 때 조금 불편했다.

店裡服務態度非常好，下了高鐵就在高鐵斜對面，乘坐高鐵很方便，幾分鐘到達，房間乾淨衞生，沒有任何異味，房間大，孩子很喜歡，早餐也特別美味，稀飯，牛奶，豆漿，麪包，麪條，油條，水果，果汁，雞蛋，炒飯，炒麪，下飯菜……連住了兩天，去到大青溝也方便，斜對面就可以公交車，5塊直達，一家人都很滿意，好評

入住時對房間設施很滿意 畢竟是新開業的酒店 有智能客控 電動窗簾 房間內空間很大
但是服務就差很多了 讓人很不滿意
首先 房間訂了兩天 但是第二天下午房卡竟然就開不了門了 不知道酒店出於什麼考慮要每間房的客人自己上樓發現卡不能用之後再去前台激活一遍 簡直是人性化的反義詞 如果是非要這樣 那為什麼也不提前告知 一定要把麻煩留給客人
其次 房間打掃不及時 下午5點回到酒店 竟然還沒打掃 雖然五一是旺季 但是酒店也沒滿房阿 所以打掃不及時沒有藉口可找 我住過這麼多酒店沒遇到還要客人自己催促打掃的
最後工作人員打掃也不認真 房間裏缺的東西你不主動説沒有 人家也想不起來給你
