I chose this venue because it was the nearest 5 star hotel to OMG activity park and also because we were celebrating my eldest sons 12th birthday. The accommodation was 5 stars amazing! Our room faced the peninsula and had a fantastic view. The bed linen felt very luxury soft. The food was top quality ingredients. The outdoor swimming pool is maintained to a very high standard. Finally the service was impeccable all round. Special mention goes to Sky who attended my every needs and made the birthday boy feel extra special! He prepared a birthday cake surprise for my son which turned the day into an unforgettable birthday. Many thanks to all at Conrad Tonglu

The facilities are well-equipped, and the hot water is relatively large. It is more comfortable when taking a bath. It looks like about 8 o’clock. The hotel lobby manager calls the room and declares his home door to ask if it feels like staying in. Or I asked if the hotel is equipped with a gym. I was told that some of them were on the sixth floor, and then went to the sixth floor to exercise, but I didn’t know how to turn on the treadmill. In the end, the front desk staff helped to open it. The front desk service is impeccable. Express thankfulness. Although there are not many people for breakfast, the dishes are a combination of Chinese and Western dishes, which are comprehensive and well received. Needs to be improved: the room air conditioner makes abnormal noise, adjust it to low speed according to the instructions on the wall, there is still some noise, which is not a big problem. Hôtel was very nice. Location is quite convenient (close to a large shopping mall but still in a quiet environment), scenery of hotel (environment) very pleasant and staff very friendly. In our case car was a must though to go everywhere outside of the hotel. 2 minor things that can be improved - noisy at night (air condition, water flow from neighbor room) which is a bit annoying. - hard mattress.
