Room is furnished with Queen size bed, Hydro, Water, Heat, AC, Wifi Internet are included.Our house is very convenient, just between 2 to 5 minutes walking distance to everything you need: Lawrence West Subway Station, Lawrence Square Mall, Fortinos Supermarket, Cineplex, bus stops, Yorkdale Mall, Yorkdale Subway Station, next to CIBC Bank head office, all other Banks, Bathurst Plaza, Parks & Schools, minutes to Downtown Core, Highway 401 and Allen Expressway.Guests also have access to the living room, dining room, foyer, kitchen island, sofa, the backyard, and patio. We offer coffee, tea, sugar, salt, cereals, milk, oatmeal, and instant noodles for your self-serve breakfast. The microwave, bread toaster, refrigerator, freezer, electric water heater, paper towels and all utensils (cups, dishes. bowls, folks, and spoons) are available for guests to use.We are a family home living here with our children and we want to make sure that our guests have the best experience staying in our beautiful place. Therefore, we do not allow and tolerate any illegal activities, drugs, weapon, parties, alcohol, loud noises, vandalism. Only smoke outside of the house. No pet. This is a peaceful, professional, safe, and quiet neighborhood. No outside guests are allowed. Always lock the front door when you enter or leave the house. No pet. No parties. I had a terrible experience triggered by Trip.com I made this booking on the 1 June 2022, and imediately Trip.com deduccted the cost from my credit card. Once I arrived at the Hotel, I was told that the booking exists but that trip.com did not pay the booking, therefore I had to pay it over with my credit card. Trtip.com promissed to refund me the money to my credit card, however, so far I have not received anything. I will do a complain to Trivago so that Trip.com will never ever appear on the trivago recommendations and I will also proceed legally and excerocse my legal Insurance in Switzerland because boioking with trip com created me unecessqry sterss and made me even lose a day of the important conference I was attending (PDAC Toronto). Never again i will book with Trip.com and I also request the refund for the amount that Trip.com deducted from my credit card, plus the amount i had to pay to the hotel. Went here with my husband to celebrate our anniversary….yes, we stayed by Toronto airport to celebrate our anniversary lol! We had stayed here a few months ago for a convention and loved this hotel! Rooms were very clean, comfy beds and linens and the pool is HUGE! We decided we wanted 2 days of pure R&R. We spent the entire time at the huge indoor pool and had it all to ourselves, practically the entire time! Water temp was perfect, as was the hot tub. We ate breakfast each morning at the Orchid cafe in hotel and WOW….best eggs Benedict we ever had! Staff were superb as well. We got room service one night and had two different pizzas and wings and again, superb! The wings were really good. It was such a relaxing getaway, as all we wanted to do was laze around the hotel, instead of rushing out sightseeing or shopping, which we have done so many times before. This was true relaxation :) We are actually planning our next stay here! Thanks to all staff at hotel :)

Excellent stay and very good service. Free shuttle service to the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful, enough to fully enjoy your stay in this place.

Thank you for the B&B you guys provide. It was amazing. The communication was a little off in the beginning, but after talking with the assistant on the day of, it clear things up. It is a little work to get the key. They will call and give you info the day of. You have to park your car on side street, they’ll buzz you in, you go to the unit to get the key and back to your car. When you get to the basement parking lot, please turn right and open it with the fob (it took us a long time to figure it out, no arrows for direction). The elevator should be in the middle of the parking lot (it took us sometime to find them too). The place itself was clean and has a nice view of the city. Neighbours are very quiet. The assistants were friendly. Checking out: well it’s tricky, you have to get your car out first, then come back to the unit to leave the key. The deposit will be reimbursed after the cleaner sees the place (which could be hours). They take cash/paypal/e-transfer for the deposit. Just communicate with them in advance and you’ll be fine.

Service was excellent. Facilities was excellent Food was fresh and enjoyable. Noisy streets at night. No notepads at the phone in the rooms. Beds were very comfortable.

We have been staying at the Old Mill on and off for many years. It is not the same as it once was. To have to order coffee and breakfast thru room service daily is a crime. Especially for how much they charge. How is it any different to offer coffee and breakfast in the Home Smith? Still need a cook and staff, either to bring it to your room or serve. Would make the stay so much better to have a relaxing breakfast and a coffee in the beautiful lobby. I understand during covid things needed to be changed. But by now, can't use that as an excuse anymore. I can have dinner in the Home Smith, no problem

Breakfast is very simple, bread and coffee milk are the same every day. Location is more convenient next to 401. But it still has to be accessible by car. Opposite the nearby hotel is only hamburger. Basically no service is to live by yourself and check out by yourself. Outdated facilities. The occupants were messy and felt unsafe.

The sound of the plane is a bit too big. It is not recommended to sleep at night. It is afraid of a quiet room. The room is ok. The toilet is good. The bathing stuff is complete. The towel bath has no smell.

I stayed with Samesun in Toronto in Mars 2023. They have a 24 h open reception. The check in went smoothly, the rooms, bathrooms and showers were clean! You have a charger and a small lamp by your bed and curtains to separate yourself from the other’s. The best thing about the stay was the free of charge breakfast in the morning! Coffee, bagels, waffles, cereal, fruit etc.. so nice.
