Before to make the reservation I wrote the hotel asking them about the tours in Tozeur. They told me there was a plenty of them and they would help me when I got the hotel. So I booked it for 7 nights. When I got the hotel, the reality didn’t match with the pictures. Everything was old with no maintenance and no cleaning! The rotten and torn towels and sheets, broken lamps, window and curtains! I was the only guest in the hotel and the only employee told me “the house is yours”… it was a little bit scary to sleep there with no one! I had to prepare myself the breakfast (the booking was with breakfast included). They didn’t help me to find tours and the 2 tours agency in the town just offer tours for closed groups. If you are traveling by yourself you will not find group tours to join it. I decided to stay just 4 nights instead the previous booking (7 nights) so I talked with the owner (Jordi - a Spanish guy that lives in Spain) and he agreed to reimburse me. HE NEVER DID IT AND STOPED ANSWERING ME! Plus! There is a small turtle living alone in that hotel with no food or water! I feed the animal the days I was there and it was starving!!!
