Very nice location, value and yes, Tanya and all of the other front-desk staff were super-helpful. I'm glad we picked up a car on our way out of Trieste, absolutely no reason to have one if you don't have to. Yes, the breakfast room is small, but the selection is delightful indeed. A nice choice (especially if one doesn't have a car...) in Trieste! Meanwhile: When there, you MUST take the maybe-quarter-mile walk up the street to Gelateria Zampolli, the best Gelato we have ever had...

Nice 3 stars hotel in the center of Trieste. Staff were not particularly friendly but they were extremely professional. Breakfast was great and the man in charge of the breakfast room was very friendly. Room and shower somehow small. For a short stay this is a great place.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was substantial with plenty of choices available. During the day the breakfast room also serves as the hotel guest lounge. There are complimentary pastries, tea and a coffee machine available here for hotel guests throughout the day. It is a relaxing place to sit and refresh. The hotel staff are friendly, polite and helpful. In front of the hotel is a small shop where you can buy a 24 hour bus ticket for three euros. Many of the local sites are accessible using public transport. There are plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel. It is a five minute walk to the the old town.

Certo un alloggio un po' 'freddo'. Non c'è reception e non si comunica con nessuno, il check funziona in automatico con codice che ti consegnano via email. Gli appartamenti sono bene o male tutti uguali, con cucina (molto utile se si sta + giorni) e alcuni con una stanzetta con divanetto oltre alla camera matrimoniale. Bagno bello, doccia grande, ottima pulizia. In pieno centro.

We chose this hotel for the location close to the city centre (everything within comfortable walking distance) and were delighted to find it exceeded our expectations. The staff were charming and helpful, the rooms small and simply furnished but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Excellent buffet breakfast with very good coffee and tempting pastries. We will definitely return, this time by car as there is private parking.

The hotel is located in the city centre near the sea and the channel. Excellent location to visit the city. Rooms with all the comforts of a three-star, with good furnishings and functioning technology, clean and renovated in an ancient building. Abundant and varied breakfast. Extremely friendly staff. The apartment is located in a beautiful old building, in excellent location, just a few minutes from the Canale Grande/Vecchio. Very clean and ordently. Clean textiles. spacious. Once a week, a basic cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels takes place. The bathroom is beautiful and well equipped. However, only the most necessary and simple is available. About standard articles such as. Wrists or tops are to be asked extra. In addition, the noise from the kitchen is unfortunately very noisy and disturbs significantly during sleep (therm and extremely noisy refrigerator). At my request, the heat was closed at night, nothing happened. The air conditioning works, but is extremely noisy during operation. The refrigerator was wrongly set and is poorly designed. The condensation water runs under the vegetable box and, by increasing it, ensures that the door is almost impossible to close, which is blocked. Problems such as the wrong setting of the refrigerator or the defected toilet washing box were quickly fixed by the staff. Partly, the walls could be removed and some items (e.g. beans in the bathroom) could be replaced. The staff takes care of it, but you don't feel very welcome as a guest. It is provided a service to the guest with the necessary courtesy. All beyond that is not considered necessary. Concluded: good accommodation in top position, best suited for unexpected and short stays. For me too expensive with these shortcomings. With a little effort you could improve the stay of guests a little bit and make it beautiful. Shame that so little customer connection is operated.
