Pros: very humble and cooperative front office staff. Cons : ventilation in the toilet was inadequate and as they explained, had issues with central exhaust system, couldn't fix the same till our entire stay in the hotel.

Generous room sizes, good service, prime location. Good parking options. They don't have a restaurant but there are many good restaurants nearby. You can even get your food ordered or take it to your room.

It was a spacious family suite with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Enough space for 4 adults. Loved the location as well.

Great stay, good location very close to all the educational institutions in manipal. It's clean, hygienic with amicable staff. Value for money however, in-house restaurants would have been a plus point. Food can be ordered online and delivery is done in the reception. Keep it up!

Spacious room, prompt service. A budget hotel. Basic accessories are available on demand. Does not have a kitchen so food needs to be ordered via zomato or swiggy or take a short walk to a nearby restaurant. Hotel staff will arrange for pick up and drop to the airport for which you have to pay. Auto rickshaws are easily available so commuting is not an issue. Great value for money

Spacious rooms, gentle staff. Good stay. Need to improve on timeliness of room cleaning. Additionally no breakfast is included, which would have been a good overall package.

Property location was good, service was good but food was not available in the hotel. So it was at time difficult for us to go out for food as it was a rainy season. But food was available at near by restaurants.
