The overall experience was a real pleasure. The hotel is modern, and clean. The room is spacious, and full of all the amenities required for a comfortable stay and the view from the window was stunning.
Also, the staff were extremely professional and caring to ensure our stay was comfortable and welcoming.
As a result, I am going to stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel for all both families, business and tourists.

We had a another great stay at the Universal again! It was a wonderful way to finish our Xinjiang trip. If we come again, the Universal will be pur first choice!

房間不錯，如果在高新區辦事，酒店位置很好。應該算是在自治區博物館和烏市博物館之間吧，總之都不遠，交通方便。前台的接待很熱情，也要謝謝方堯經理各種推薦。

酒店性價比很高，地址非常優越，離機場衹有25分鐘的路 出行太方便了，方經理非常貼心，提前聯繫我，問好我的需求，房間安排也是非常的合理，還的準備了加濕器！酒店旁邊就是温州街非常方便，也有很多小吃特別推薦，酒店服務是真的很不錯，體驗感非常好，酒店大廳也是非常的好看，下次還會選擇！

一家人在外旅行住的很舒服，前台辦理入住很快，方經理服務熱情，貼心，非常關注客人住店感受！酒店大廳裝修異域風情，非常有新疆特色，房間設施齊全，採光好連續住了好多天，酒店位置也很好，距離機場和高鐵站都很近，旁邊有一個很大的商圈，逛買很方便，之後來新疆還會選擇這裏！非常推薦！！

位置在市中心，很標準的五星級酒店，服務也是五星級的。
我住過太多房間了，也算是挑剔試睡員了，但對這裏真的算是很滿意了。
停車方便，客房處理問題也很及時，咖啡廳的咖啡也特別合我的胃口。方總還親自幫我調換房間搬東西還送了水果。
這裏彷彿就是我在烏魯木齊的另一個家。
