New hotel. Check-in at night. I couldn't find the location when I went there. I had to go around in a circle. There were no street signs. Call the front desk for guidance. After checking in, the air conditioner in the room was not cooling. (The air conditioner in the public area was very cool) until one o'clock in the evening. The indoor temperature was still only 24 degrees. Contact the front desk to communicate. At 1 o'clock in the evening, the front desk asked the engineering department to check. The master from the engineering department came and measured the temperature of the air outlet with a temperature measuring gun. It was about 24 degrees. I turned on the air conditioner at 16 degrees. After five hours, the indoor temperature was still 24 degrees. The master told me that this was normal. I said I couldn't accept it. I went to the front desk and expressed my willingness to change rooms. The air conditioning of the new room was normal. It was almost two o'clock by then. I went up I had to go up and down twice to communicate. The screen projection function in the room could not be used. The hot and cold water in the washbasin was connected backwards. The hotel at this price is relatively good. But the service and hardware level are honestly very average. Especially communication is very difficult. .I feel that employee training is not in place.

It's Hilton and I hardly found staff who can speak English. I felt like I was cheated. I paid for 2 big twin bedroom and I got one big and one regular roomsize. As i wanted spacious room, I was willing to pay more, but the duty manager at the time that I checked in said the other room seemed small, because it's a different floor plan. So I told them that I'm an interior designer, so I know what is big and small or even the manager could come and inspect the rooms with me. . After that they allow me to change the room. There're varieties of food for breakfast.
