A hotel that is in the highest category. A super nice and very pleasant stay, not only because it is located on one of the most emblematic and patrimonial hills of Valparaíso, but the hotel itself is an experience. It offers a superb stay, protecting every detail with class. Absolutely recommended.

Beautiful hotel. Our room was spacious and well appointed with a fabulous view. The shower was amazing. We only had breakfast one day and it was great. There are a few bars and restaurants within a close walking distance. Valparaiso is a unique place, and the classic look and feel of this hotel was welcome. We enjoyed our stay!

The views in the rooms overlooking the harbor are amazing. The hotel staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you during your stay. Very comfortable beds, what more can you ask for. The location is great and you need to have a meal at the restaurant for sure.

Great location, amazing staff and beautiful room and setting! So why only a 4? The food was just ok and the value for the stay was out of line (expensive). Love the city full of street assets. We had a private walking tour which is always helpful to better understand an unfamiliar city.

Beautiful small hotel with great amenities and super-friendly service. Our room had a terrace and a spectacular view of the port and the city. Nice breakfast is included, and the hotel handled our trip back to Santiago and rushed our laundry. This is a relatively safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and galleries within easy walking distance on Cerro Allegre and Cerro Concepcion. So glad we spent two nights here instead of trying to do a day trip from Santiago.

From the moment we arrived at Casa Higueras we were made feel welcome. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful…..something we discovered is consistent with all Chileans we met. The boutique hotel is ideal located in the middle of the charming town with easy access to all the sites and attractions. The rooms are spacious, well appointed with views across the port and towards Viña del Mar and beyond. The facilities are excellent with a fabulous restaurant serving exquisite food for dinner and breakfast. The outdoor infinity pool and health spa are not to be missed at the end of a long day. We’d highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We drove here as our first stop from the US and first time in Chile. The house itself was 1920s and was a private residence at one time. Even though our room wasn’t ready as we were very early, the owner gave us another room which was beautiful and so comfortable for our family. The bathrooms were well appointed. The beds were wonderful and all of the staff was friendly and kind. The waitress Paula did a wonderful job as well. I had my first pisco sour there and it was terrific! Just a lovely home away from home. Cozy and beautiful. Wish we had stayed longer. Great base to see Valparaiso.
