The breakfast is quite good, the hotel actually feels better than the pictures, the location is very good, downstairs is a luxury street. Boating and other things are also 200 meters downstairs, shopping is fun... You can see Baoge downstairs when you have breakfast Li shop, the experience is not bad, probably there is no service in Chinese, I need to speak English. You can go directly to a place where you can exchange money for tax refunds. You can refund cash directly. Very good experience.

We stayed here for 3 nights prior to cruise. Desk and concierge service were excellent. The room was beautiful, spacious and well maintained. Location is perfect, just 1-2 blocks from St Mark’s Square yet in a quiet canal side location. Daily breakfast buffet was very good.

The front desk is welcoming and meticulous about the island's cuisine and must-see scenery. The location of the hotel is excellent, the breakfast is generous, the room is comfortable, the bedside is old-fashioned, and the hotel is very satisfying.

Breakfast is good, very rich, the hotel is very convenient, very close to St. Mark's Square, because St. Mark's Square has many attractions, such as St. Mark's Basilica, the Governor's Palace, the Bridge of Sighs, etc., and it is an important water The dock, so the location is still very good. But the hotel's facilities are too old, the keys are metal rather than room cards, and the sheets are often damp, which makes people very uncomfortable. There is still a bit of expensive, I don't know if Venice's price is very expensive or something else, close to the price of 900 for one night, but it still feels a little uncomfortable.

First of all, this high score is a big reason for the professionalism of Trip.com customer service. I clarified that this hotel does not have free parking. The parking fee is self-paid but the store will give a small discount. Later, customer service helped me clarify and solve it. It was very cloudy, so I added a lot of points for my order. Speaking of the hotel, the breakfast was really good, not how good to eat, but the hotel restaurant location is very good, breakfast is looking at the river and the boat, full point view. The room is large and the facilities are really old, especially the sofa and bed, it has to be changed, the sofa has a bad, the bed spring has broken, but it may be my room is very back. The bathroom is updated, clean, and the keys will impress you, heavy and solid. The location is right next to the square, it is too convenient to watch the water and sit on gondola. No matter what the bed and sofa are, just go to this location and breakfast, and then decide here. The front desk was very friendly.

This hotel is situated only one street back from the center of Venice and St Marks Square, location wise is excellent. However the downside is like Venice as a city if you have large cases be prepared to be pulling and lifting them over various stairs and bridges to get to it. Also some of the rooms are not actually in the hotel there in a adjacent building. Now the goos point's which do outway the negatives. Check-in was quick and professional with friendly reception staff. Room ( ours was in the adjecent building) was large, old style decor and bathroom. However everything work, we also had a fridge and small cooking facilities not that we used them, think apartment rather than room. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom, but apparently, it's not great. Bed was not most comfortable, and there were only 3 small pillows. we had to request more as the ones provided were not great. However, our request was quickly met. Maid service every day was good. Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant and it was more than adequate definitely plus point. All in this is a decent hotel and we would be happy to return.
