Great price and location. Friendly and helpful owners & staff. Charming vibe - if slightly faded 😀 We received lots of great advice on where to eat, drink etc. The dolphin restaurant next door was friendly and fab also (they also do take outs). Room was very clean- but in need of a little TLC. Eg aircon worked, but remote handset was a little temperamental, some TV channels were a bit sketchy, shower took a little while to run warm. But we hate staying in characterless pristine branded hotels. We’ll fondle remember this for its staff and its quirkyness.

From the bottom of my heart, please do not waste your money on this place. Look somewhere else. We are a family with a ten year old and 6 month old baby. Entry - pretty straight forward for us, we had a text message with instructions. Once we were in - the living area had a sofa that was pulled out into a bed for us. That’s fine. But there’s then no living area. Or room to swing a cat. Bathroom, there was mould in the shower. The most ridiculous cups for your coffee that also takes 6 years to pour. There’s no cleaning facilities like a sweeping brush so your constantly walking over natural dirt that’s been brought in from outside and having to wipe your feet before getting into bed. No cot was given to us even though one was requested through booking.com. We had high hopes from other reviews that the communication was good, however, I messaged to ask for more cups and an iron but we were left on two blue ticks on WhatsApp. Messaged for help with getting to the airport at 2am - no response. Actually they were pretty rude when they did reply. No one was seen to help us anywhere. The view was stunning once you got into the communal area, that was probably the only highlight. And that it’s right next to the waterbus stop Please spend your money on a better place so that you have a nicer experience of Venice because this place has really ruined a family trip for us.

It was a bit far from the tourist center area of Venice but it was a good place to walk. The room was clean and the hot water was good. Heating was also good, but it was a little difficult to adjust. Also, when I asked if I could use the microwave oven, I was very kind and helpful.

Love this little hotel. It’s cute and quaint. Elias and Rakula went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The included breakfast was a fantastic was to start the day. Beds were comfortable and soundproofing really works because you can’t hear someone calling out from the bathroom! 😂 the location is great; there is a pharmacy and a supermarket that are steps away, and the vaporetto stop is a quick 3 minute walk.

Great location , surrounded by many restaurants and bars, could be a bit noisy at night . Check in place will be at another location which nearby . Spacious room, but water pressure isnt that strong . Overall is worth staying !

It's one of the best hotels I have been! Not only does it have excellent breakfast🤤, it has very nice and friendly staffs that actually remember you and provide you with the keys even without stating anything. 🙊 They have provided me a room with canal view that allows you a glimpse of the daily of this magical Venice dusk till dawn, sunny or rainy, weekday or weekend. 😍😍 They even provide you a free glass factory visit in Murano on water taxi (if only it wasn't raining so bad on the day I went). Great value, outstanding service, classic Italian quality 🤌🤌
