Lovely apartment sitting the slight outskirt of the city - that’s 3-4 stations from the central station and further apart from most attractions that are on the opposite side of the hauptbahnhof.
Apartment is new and clean with a super well equipped kitchen. Metro station is right opposite and there are also shared bicycles outside. Supermarket is approx 150-200m away.
Only two negative things about the stay are:
1) check in code was not communicated beforehand - waited and spent about a hour in total to sort things out at check in
2) at check out the staff arrived at 10:00 sharp with stern faces - not the kind of warm send off you would normally expect from a hospitality business.
Otherwise it was all good.

Perfect location. Clean rooms. Everything you need is available. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Аccurate information. I felt at home. I really recommend !! Перфектна локация. Чисто. Налично всичко необходимо. Комфортни матраци и възглавници. Точна и ясна информация. Препоръчвам!!

Very nice and clean apartment, stocked with everything you need, check in yourself! The metro stop is on the street in front of the building entrance! Quiet neighborhood, nothing to worry about! There is a cooling unit in the bedroom, a balcony to the living room, an equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom, central heating! Everything is almost new! They responded anytime to my messages and questions! ❤️ I recommend the place and would visit again! Only top mattresses can be added to the bedroom for softness! The mattresses are very hard and it is difficult to fall asleep, and the pillows, on the other hand, are very soft, as if they are not there. The coffee machine doesn't make good coffee or I'm used to strong espresso! 🤗

Location is great- right across the street from the underground. Checkin is easy and secure. The place was clean. But if your trip is in the summer- DO NOT BOOK. There is no AC, and they provide just 1 tiny fan for 2 bedrooms. Sleeping was impossible.

The apartment is ok. Dreadful the way you pay for the room, then pay an additional fee for damage And then pay an additional fee for parking despite ******* saying parking was free. Working that out at the end of the drive to get there was not a pleasant start to the stay and the person at the other end of what’s app had to have taken lessons to be so useless.

Très bien desservi par le métro l1 Juste en bas de l’immeuble Appartement très fonctionnel Très bien équipé et complet et très propre C’est simple c’est neuf ! Très bien isolé du bruit et du froid . Nous avons passé un bon séjour . Si besoin il y a un garage sous l’immeuble

Sono stato a Vienna con la famiglia qualche giorno a settembre e devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo. Gli appartamenti si trovano un po’ fuori dalla zona centrale ma hanno la stazione della metro di fronte a 10 metri. In 15 minuti al massimo sei alla stazione di StephanPlatz davanti al Duomo. I locali sono spaziosi, puliti e arredati in maniera moderna. Il check in è stato semplice ed il prezzo è assolutamente top, senza concorrenza. Lo consiglio vivamente.
