Very noisy hall ways at 12-4am. Loud voices drinking. Hot tub by pool was not working. We would have stayed somewhere else. Should have mentioned this at time of check in.

I liked the pool and the general thoughtfulness like makeup remover, popcorn, extra toletries provided. Great breakfast, coffee area I think they just need to do a little painting, provide in room instructions nearby activities, and should check to see that they give you the type of room you signed up for. Overall we had a great stay.

Hot tub was cold, toilet broken & leaking, not very many towels, bed uncomfortable. Had king suite with whirlpool but no whirlpool just standard tub that was very slippery

The room was already paid for, yet they charged my daughter for the room, so we paid double.
Pool and Hot Tub were out of service.

The Jacuzzi and the pool was closed but I was told I have $20 taking off my rate. Besides that it was great! Ryan, the attendant upfront was excellent!!!; and very professional very kind. I felt bad for her because I overheard some of the customers being rude to her, but she handled it professionally, and very humble, she was a great assistant to me and carried herself well .

Love Hamptons. No biscuits & gravy this trip for breakfast though but still good stay. Pool was down but offered us to go to neighbor hotel so appreciate the helpful service.
