The location is very good, on the top of the mountain. The beautiful Russian lady at the front desk speaks fluent English, and it would be even better if she could communicate in Chinese. When we went to the airport, the front desk lady helped us confirm the exact location of the hotel with the Yandex taxi driver by phone. I felt that her service was very polite and professional.
