The reception staff are attentive and polite. The place is clean and the environment is very suitable for friends who are going to Warsaw for the first time. If I have the opportunity to go to Warsaw, Poland, I will choose them again.

Развод! Не рекомендую категорически! Во-первых, это не апартамент, а обычный хостел. Разве, что цены, как в отелях. Во-вторых, вообще очень сложная резервация. Стояли под дверью больше часа, пока зашли в комнату. Данное заведение декорирует, что резервация подходит очень быстро, что категорически не соответствует действительности. Мы с маленьким ребёнком стояли под дверью почти полтора часа, пока не добрались в комнату. В-четвёртых. Контакт с заведением отсутсвует. Мы дозвонились с 10 попытки, звонили в течении 50 минут, непрерывно. Рецепция отсутсвует вообще. В-5. Комнатка маленькая, как видно на фото. Помещаются три кровати, шкаф и столик. Словно чуланчик, который стоит 285 злотых в сутки. И наконец, девушка по имени Наталья, соизволила ответить спустя более часа попыток с ней связаться, разговорила хамски, на наши вопросы отвевала грубо, надменно. А в конце сказала, чтобы мы искали жильё в другом месте. Отмечу, что это вечером, а именно в 20:20.
