環境沒問題、衞生沒問題、交通沒問題、智能硬件和服務相當有問題！站門口負責查綠碼體温的工作人員、就眼睜睜看着我淋雨下車拿行李再走進酒店、還號稱4星級、對客人的服務態度呢？在前台辦入住、等了個半天、忍不住想用智能機辦理、結果説機器壞了！酒店號稱的智能科技呢？機器壞了還修不好了？

本來定了洞頭那邊的民宿，但是到了發現和圖片相差太大，於是果斷放棄，在攜程搜到了靈昆酒店，於是過去看了下，非常滿意，到的時候7點多了，前台小姐姐很親切，把我們從豪華房升級到了行政房。房間很大很乾凈，床品也很舒服。馬桶也是智能的。疫情期間的防控也做的很好。下次去温州還會再定這家的。酒店有專屬的停車場，自助早餐也很豐富。

性價比極高的一家酒店。酒店嶄新，環境優雅，房間整潔乾淨，服務態度非常好。酒店後門有海鮮排檔，便宜且美味。帶着小朋友本想按時退房的，剛好午飯後小朋友想午睡怕超時，結果出乎意料的 店家允許免費延遲。特別感謝！下次去洞頭遊玩，這家酒店還是不二的選擇。

入住本來是看中酒店的小童遊樂園的，但是玩了一會兒感覺管理很差，空氣中有黴味，説明很長時間不透氣，我孩子過敏體質玩了一會兒就不舒服，今天回去肯定要有炎症去醫院了。洗衣房也很臟，沒有人好好的管理。另外，早餐菜色不多，上菜效率有點低，往往是客人等着菜上來。房間裏的房卡不要拔，因為被拔過一次，因為我孩子的眼葯水要冰箱保存，不能斷電。請好好改正，希望得到回覆。

酒店一直在進步，這次過來酒店新增了機器人服務，體驗了一次機器人送外賣服務，很nice。住甌江口，推薦這家酒店。主要離機場跟高速口都比較近，出行比較方便！

位置離市區比較遠，服務很到位，房型小朋友也很滿意。小童樂園可能是人氣不高，但設施齊全，我家兒子玩玩是夠了，就是需要注意維護保養。
