There was a broken glass of beer pie under the bed. My friend just stepped on it. Fortunately, it didn’t matter. I called the front desk and just called the security guard to come up and clean up the matter. It's not because of the security brother’s face. I immediately complained to the hotel and even greeted at least where the person hurts. nothing. Not giving a star is entirely on the front of the security guard, completely unaware of the front desk~~~~

進到這家酒店感覺很舒心，經理和前台小姐姐很熱情友好，房間也很乾凈，大床很舒服。重點是可以協商帶狗狗一起入住，這很大程度上的體現了店家的寬容。當然我們帶寵物的也要維護好房間的衞生，禁止寵物亂拉亂尿，亂咬亂叫，公同維護良好的人際關係，共創良好的居住環境，不要給店家帶來困擾。謝謝皇庭酒店的寬容❤️

出差住了五天，入住第一天剛進門，房間到處是煙頭，期間一直沒人打掃；晚上與同事聊天（正常音調説話），房門直接被門衞打開，把頭伸進來讓我們説話小聲點，該睡覺了。女生和準備帶異性入住的要慎重考慮！

負責灑店早餐廳的老阿姨有點奇葩，説我們我是經常出差的，碰到過第一個奇葩的，去餐廳吃早點太早了，問我什麼時候退房，害的她忙來忙去呢，其實酒店早點很簡單的幾樣，但是寫着早餐時間是7點至8點半呀，那我7點過點去吃早餐也很正常呀！
