設施：訂房顯示房間有熱水壺，速食品，茶包，實際沒有。其次，我們十二點沒有熱水，以為是同時使用的太多了，所以就沒説什麼，兩三點再去，依舊是冷水，冰冷。酒店居然沒有24小時熱水。牙刷之類的是入住一起給，另外，入住有按金。設施方面，安全有隱患，房間消防設備沒有放置滅火器 衞生：表面上是蠻乾淨的，但是睡了一晚上以後，鼻腔全是黑灰，不知道還以為被煙燻了，也不知道吸了多少入肺。建議做一下灰塵測試。 環境：當時和客服溝通想要個安靜點的房間，給我們的是臨街的，晚上車也是蠻吵，給窗户全關了還好一些，燈牌正對落地窗，亮瞎雙眼。酒店整體環境裝修的不錯，進門要爬很高的樓梯，沒有電梯，不過兩層，也還好，房間外面地面鋪了地毯，這個挺好的，還有就是，我們房間被送外賣的敲門了有被打擾到。 服務：關於熱水，晚上我也沒好意思去吵前台休息，攜程客服後台詢問的沒有熱水，攜程也是第一時間進行了處理。第二天説是什麼經理聯繫，結果是推了個不太熟悉事務的前台，我跟她交流，她還要轉訴，下次記得聽筒捂住，我這邊能聽到。入住那天晚上的前台服務是蠻好的 整體來説，環境外觀看着可以，灰塵大，慎重考慮叭。所有言論均據實描述，包括外賣敲門，酒店也可通過監控回放查看。下次不會再來

房間乾淨整潔，地理位置很好，離五馬街很近，幾分鐘的路程，有許多好吃的小吃，床品也舒服，特別是保潔阿姨工作認真，訂的房間沒有窗户，怕拖地太濕，保潔阿姨就把毛巾擰乾蹲着擦地，很暖心。缺點是酒店在二樓沒有電梯，得提着行李上樓，整體不錯
