Front desk personal was a-MAZING: friendly welcoming nice especially the nice women working 7/4-5. She was so nice to all! Rooms were fine- no complaints. Room was big enough for a single size extra air mattress or rollaway for families with extra kids. Some other plusses: Good price. Great pool and had a nice bar restaurant area. Food was good and a great option when arriving vs fast food takeout. I had a great steak salad. And fantastic salmon salad next night. Drinks were on point. The guy bartender was awesome, friendly. There was a handy convenience store with candies, soda, ice cream, microwave friendly snacks, and various sundries . Parking was fine. Areas for improvement: Several in our party were put off by the brusque demeanor of one bartender and all the restaurant staff. They did not come across as customer friendly to some and some left as a result to eat elsewhere. Just seemed annoyed to be there. Also some extra charges were incurred on room bill that were not communicated when booking. Some in our room block had issues with weird random extra charges. Also, the stairways were frequented by many guests who did not want to use the elevator and the stairs were also access to the pool area. This created a huge fall hazard with wet floors at the base of the steps -and all of the above experienced high traffic. Despite signage, which was mostly in the elevator lobby, one person did take a fall as she stepped unaware onto the wet landing off the steps and if she were a less nimble person it could have been a serious injury because she instead was an athlete. You have to do something about this floor area/flooding potential due to pool use to mitigate this potential liability to your business. Would I stay again, though? Yes, nice place.

We stayed one night on our way down south. Room was nice and clean, although view of highway seemed less than optimal, there was a beautiful sunrise in the morning over the hills. What we really like about this place is that you can walk to many bars and restaurants. We didn't use the pool, although it looked nice. Breakfast was very good, especially considering the pathetic offerings we've seen while traveling during the pandemic. Would stay here again.

I stayed here one night on my way to upstate New York. The hotel was a solid choice. For a domestic property they had good Platinum recognition. Breakfast was decent for a free meal but mostly what you'd expect cereal, oatmeal, fruit and some prepackaged hot options. Not awesome but ok for this level of service. There is a small amount of parking in front of the hotel for check-in but overnight parking is across the street above the bus station. We had a two bedroom suite which was a great for three of us travelling together (this was what we paid for it was not an upgrade). Overall I would hesitate to stay here again.

The room is good and the room has a small kitchen where you can do some simple food processing yourself. Inside the hotel next door, there is a very good western restaurant, the western food is very delicious, and the Texas specialty beer is quite delicious. The car was parked in the three-dimensional parking building next door. At check-in, the hotel will give a magnetic card for payment at the exit.
