we have been staying here since october due to having issue with flat and staff have been extremely helpful and welcoming during our long stay. main staff at the reception have been very chatty and easy to speak with was glad to hear this hotel is animal friendly as we have a cat so i was excited that she could could come with us will be sad to go but we have now a place to stay. i would definitely recommend not just because of the staff its also near train and buses

Room appeared dirty with scuff marks on the walls. Some walls had dents in them as if they’d been punched or had something thrown at them. Paint was also peeling from the ceiling. Bathroom didn’t have any toilet paper in the dispenser. Check-in staff at night were quite rude and tried to give us the keys for someone else’s room (all the paper cards holding the room keys had names written on them). Shower didn’t have much pressure but we put that down to being on the 8th floor. Bed was at least comfortable so we had a decent nights sleep.
