The location is great, about a 7-minute walk from Cianjin MRT station. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. The first room we were assigned was quite noisy, and we had to contact the front desk twice to change rooms before we found one we were happy with. The staff were very accommodating and helped us change rooms each time. Having a coin-operated laundry room was also very convenient!

A comfortable, clean, and welcoming hotel that offers great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable accommodation experience. Though I wish their foods would have other variety like dishes from other country's specialty. As a Filipino we did not enjoy much of a Chinese food, we prefer savory/salty foods, but overall, it was a nice hotel to stay in. Hotel is near Ximending night market and Ximen station. very convenient.

Very new and clean hotel. Small but functional room, even has bidet. Fabulous service. Free shuttle to Taoyuan HSR, with a friendly driver.Beautiful garden. Cant ask for more. High CP value!

The hotel’s location was ideal — within walking distance to the train station and close to several bus stops, which made getting around easy and convenient. The staff were courteous and very helpful, always ready to assist whenever we needed something. The only drawback was the air conditioning, which wasn’t quite cold enough, though they promptly provided extra fans upon request. Breakfast was complimentary — simple but decent. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay with warm service and a great location.

Overall, the hotel is good and service from the staff is great too. Breakfast Hotel has a good spread and enjoyed the food there. Hotel is well located near the Fengjia Night Market and you can go there in 3 min but is not very near the city centre and you may need to take a bus or walk there. .

Fantastic hotel in a very strategic location. Easy access to Tainan's main attractions. Comfy beds and good air con. Overall outstanding value so I stayed here twice. Amazing views especially at night time from the upper floors. Sadly a pretty average brekky spread with cheap ingredients. Keeping the hot food hot would be a great start before they work on improving the dishes.

The hygiene and environment were pretty good. The bed was very comfortable. However, I couldn't get the hot water in the shower to a strong flow; only cold water could be turned on full blast. There's a convenience store nearby, and the MRT station is about a ten-minute walk away.

It should be the renovation of the old hotel, the overall experience is very good, and the space is very large and it will not feel very oppressive at all, the pillows are very comfortable, the room supplies are also very new, the stay experience is very good

I have to say, using Trip.com is incredibly cost-effective! My child had an exam in Hsinchu, so I booked a room through Trip.com in advance. The Trip Coins I'd accumulated helped discount part of the room rate. The hotel was very thoughtful, giving us a quiet room on a high floor. They also arranged a shuttle service to take guests to the exam venue. This alone deserves huge praise; it was so considerate! Since we had to leave by 7:00 AM, they even provided a simple breakfast to go. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hsinchu.

Situated merely minutes from the Kaohsiung Main Station, it serves as an ideal nexus for those utilizing the MRT, TRA, or high-speed rail links. The environmental sanitation is excellent. The premises are consistently clean. The front-of-house team is warm and professional. A major benefit for long-term residents is the complimentary laundry service offered. In such a densely populated area, having this essential convenience available without extra charges is a valuable asset. The breakfast offering, while understated, provides a fruitful synthesis of local ********* cuisines. The primary longitudinal challenge during my stay was the internal sound attenuation. The current insulation between rooms allows for notable auditory bleed, which may detract from the experience of light sleepers. Enhancing the acoustic barriers would elevate this establishment from a high-quality inn to a premier boutique experience.
