The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door.But the hotel a bit run down.The big point is very nearby to jonker street below 1km working distance.

Exceed my expectations! I got the standard twin bed room. Room is clean, well maintained and has all the basic necessities. The common area has a lot of seatings to chill, and the pool is clean too! The most greatest plus point of this place is its location, you can walk to Jonker Street, Dataran Pahlawan & Mahkoda Parada mall and A Famosa.

Basically value for money for the not fussy visitor. Ample parking, nice lobby, friendly front desk staff. Room maintenance a bit slack though: 1. Dripping aircon - done up immediately when I notified front desk. Drippy aircon must have caused the warpped flooring over time. 2. Shower faucet loose, spraying water everywhere if not held down, wetting the room 3. No shower curtain to prevent oversplash Apart from that, it is fine.

Hotel a bit old and rundown, room with dusty smell, toilet with sewage smell and rubbish in toilet bin was not cleaned, we complained to the receptionist and she sends the housekeeper immediately. At the end the receptionist changed room for me as the sewage smell still exists. The elevator have little issues, sometimes the button not responded. All staffs are friendly and helpful, but the hotel definitely needs some renovations and upgrades.

The front desk service was excellent; they even reminded us about the police issuing parking tickets and to remember to pay for parking. The room was cleaner than expected, and all the restaurants were conveniently within walking distance. Plus, we got a massage discount for staying there! 🤩🤩 I'd definitely stay here again!!

Good: The hotel has a great location and a stylish design. Bad: The pond in the ground floor courtyard had a strong fishy smell. Our double room was at the end of the hallway (I've noticed this design in more than one hotel in Malacca), and the window faced another building directly, offering no view. It's a central water supply system, so arriving too late meant no hot water for a shower. In the middle of the night, the ceiling started leaking a bit, dripping onto the bed. The room phone was broken and couldn't reach the front desk. Improvement: I mentioned these issues to the front desk when checking out, and they refunded me 50 MYR.

The building's design is clean and crisp, and the green and white color scheme is very pleasing to the eye. The cars parked outside and the nearby residential buildings add a touch of local life, preventing it from feeling too sterile. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you can find your own space here. If you want some excitement, it's just a few steps away. Location is a bit far from jongker street, and have to use grab to many places. What I don't like in surrounded area they don't have sidewalk, and very dangerous for pedestarian

The room was well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's within easy walking distance of major attractions like the Red Church, Dutch Square, and Jonker Street. It offers excellent value for money and was also quite quiet.

Comfortable and clean, with good hygiene. The location is great, very close to Jonker Walk, and it has its own parking space. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. All basic amenities are available.
