3-Star Hotels in Melaka State, Malaysia

Hope u guys can improve dari segi kebersihan sebab lantai tandas dan lantai bilik rasa melekit macam sabun cuci lantai tak bilas habis. As suggestion why not u guys put some basic cuttleries macam mangkuk pinggan sudu garfu ke. Yang lain okay selesa harga pun berpatutan, parking pun senang cuma mahal lah flat rate Rm15. Cuma make sure u guys double check regarding facities ya so that ur customers boleh guna kemudahan hotel and tak kena sound dengan staff hotel lagi. Tq

Our stay at Puteri Bay Melaka was great 👍🏼 The location was great because we are able to have a good view of the beach, and it was near food places. The hotel reception and staff were also kind and helpful. Food selection for breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable and had a good sleep 👍🏼👍🏼 The downside was that the toilet was not totally clean as there were strands of hairs sticking out from under the bed. Additionally, there were no toothbrushes provided in the room, and the prayer mat had an odour. Generally, the stay was good although maybe staff need to ensure the room cleanliness and smell abit more? I would still recommend the hotel for the comfortable beds and nice view and location beside the waterfront 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Clean and hygienic, the hotel has been renovated and just reopened. The room is spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. I must have booked it during a promotional period, it's super worth it! Next time I come to Malacca, I'll definitely stay here. The location is also very convenient, near Dataran Pahlawan, and you can walk to the famous cheese prawn noodles. The lobby is incredibly spacious, and there's plenty of parking too.

Had a really comfortable stay here. The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. The location was convenient, and everything went smoothly during my stay. Would definitely consider coming back again.

The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of food and a spacious dining area. However, there were quite a lot of hairs on the carpet in the room, which was not very pleasant. The carpet should be vacuumed properly before each new guest checks in. Only two small bottles of shower gel were provided, which was not enough. I asked the receptionist for more, but was told there was no extra shower gel available and was only given shampoo instead. One of the towels was also torn. The water flow was quite slow, and the mattress felt a little too hard. Overall, the breakfast was good, but the room cleanliness, amenities, and comfort could be improved.

The room is clean and bright with a garden view (but with CCTV!!) . However the only and biggest concern is their washroom shower spot has a window which covered by half transparent veil only. When u turn on the light it’s totally visible to outside. And worst part is they have a CCTV right outside and the angle of cctv can absolutely capture the shower spot from outside. I brought up my concern to the front desk but they said cannot see but who knows ? However it’s still a turnoff for me. Suggestion to the hotel owner : please fix the window it doesn’t cost u much. Please protect your guest privacy.

Close to SOGO 😁😁 Right downstairs from the hotel, you'll see shops all around 👍🏻👍🏻 You can go shopping just by walking 😄😄

A very nice place

The first floor is a hostel, and the second floor is a hotel. It's right next to the attraction, separated only by a fence. They have a pool and free breakfast. The staff were super friendly; there was one guy at breakfast who kept gesturing kindly, which was sweet 😂. The whole place was quite clean, though there was a slight smell on the first floor, but it was bearable. The best part is definitely the location – you can just step out and you're strolling around the attraction.
