Although there was a problem in the middle, the hotel staff quickly solved it. The service was satisfactory and the cleaning lady was also very enthusiastic. Especially Panpan, Xiaoxiao and Xiaoyu's service was very good. The hotel is in a good location and it is very convenient to take a taxi or subway.

The hotel has a high value for money. The subway is right at the door. The reception was also very warm. It was my first time staying at Hongshan Hotel after the epidemic. I still felt at home. This is the most cost-effective five-star hotel I have ever stayed in. Special thanks to Panpan, Gege, and Xiaoyu. They helped prepare lunch in advance before arriving at the hotel. They also gave the children cherry blossom lollipops when leaving the hotel, which ended the trip perfectly. Breakfast includes special snacks, such as hot dry noodles, three-fresh tofu skin, etc. The set meals are also very good. Disposable items for children can be picked up at the front desk, and disposable bathtub covers are also provided. The room is very big, especially the bathroom is very large. The transportation is very convenient, and it takes about 30 minutes to go directly to the high-speed rail station. I will definitely stay here again next time I go.

I booked a twin room, and the hotel helped upgrade it to a zero-pressure room. The mattress was really comfortable. My daughter likes this hotel very much. She likes the bathtub, the swimming pool, the robot food delivery, and the fact that the subway is right outside her door.
