Stayed at Camus Hotel for three nights. In terms of facilities, the hotel air conditioning is controlled by the front desk, and the cold and warm wind cannot be controlled by the front desk. It didn't work after the front desk turned it to cold wind, and there was basically no air conditioning. I basically didn't use the air conditioning these days. But the service attitude was very good, and I went to the front desk to get an electric fan to use. The hygiene was very good, and the aunt was very considerate, which must be praised. Umbrellas were also provided. But on the last day, I was still sleeping when I was woken up by a call from the front desk, and they asked directly whether I would stay longer, and their attitude was very bad. Donghu Hotel, also known as ”Hubei Zhongnanhai”, is a hotel where Chairman Mao stayed 48 times. I came to Wuhan during the National Day holiday and specially chose to experience this state guesthouse. The scenery of the hotel is picturesque. Walking along the greenway along the lake in the hotel, I feel full of happiness. Tingtao Building has new facilities, close to the East Gate, and very close to the Provincial Museum and Art Museum. Nanshan Yisuo has more heritage, but the facilities are older. Staying in a hotel always has new facilities and a better experience. Although the hotel is large, it is very convenient to travel. You can ask the staff to call an electric car and come and go freely. When checking in, I made an appointment for the explanation of Chairman Mao’s former residence. Before the visit, I had to deposit my mobile phone. At the entrance, there was a white marble statue of Chairman Mao, which was very charming. Everyone had to bow three times first. The tour guide Zhou Baixue took everyone to visit the exhibition and saw the room where Chairman Mao had lived before. The explanation was very detailed. At the end, he also organized everyone to read ”Shui Tiao Ge Tou Swimming” collectively, which was a very meaningful experience. The biggest shortcoming of the hotel is the indifference of the staff and the average quality of the hotel breakfast, which needs to be improved.

The hotel is I think the best in town, for price, and everything it’s offers. First, service is impeccable, warm, attentive , thoughtful. They delivered all our food takeouts to our rooms. When we left they packed us food for the road. Then, rooms are clean and with everything needed, the only thing to pick, is one of the TV ( we had tow tvs in the room) had bad connections. There was a massage chair in the room , and a tea set ( a full Cantonese tea set). I love the fact their toilet is separated from the shower. And there’s a free parking for guests in the building. Breakfast selection was great too! Definitely recommend it to all kinds of travellers.

The hotel rooms are distributed in several small villas, basically three-story layout structure, very convenient. Not noisy, you can rest well. 4.
