Hotels near Pinghan Railway South Bureau Former Site, Wuhan

The location is very nice but our room faced another building which was not the best view possible. Anyway, despite the big amount of visitors, the manager helped us to change room and provided us a better service. The swimming pool was super cold, which clearly was not suitable for me and my kids. Breakfast on the average for this level of hotel. After all I believe the price was too high compared with other hotels in the same area. I want to prize the manager and for his support, but generally I would not recommend this hotel.

It is very stuffy and hot inside the room because the hotel doesn't provide the air-condition.The location is very convenient and the breakfast tastes yummy.

I have always liked Atour, and this time I made the right choice. It is located on the 56th floor of Ping An Building on Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. Breakfast and supper are accompanied by river views. It is convenient to travel. Metro Lines 2 and 6 can reach all the places you want to go. The detailed service is thoughtful, free self-service supper for late return, snacks for check-out, and the warmth and thoughtfulness of the hotel almost made me like Wuhan better. Friends who like Citywalk or try to travel through the city by subway are recommended here.

Weird lift lobby for a hotel (like a commercial work building with other businesses in it) when the entrance to the building is the hotel name itself. The housekeeper 叶子 was super in cleaning and providing a service. The first time, my tip was not received in a service industry and was left a note along with a fruit platter. Checkin and Checkout were fast and hassle free.

Amicable service for a boutique styled hotel. Was given a free upgrade and hotel staff brought up a complimentary fruit plate to my room. The room layout was very good as bathroom was well segregated with the bedroom. Good location as it’s walking distance to the famed Jianghan pedestrian street. Nothing to complain about as the price is really reasonably priced too. Overall was a wonderful stay. Thumbs up.

The environment and location are good. The front desk staff of Lucy and Elvin are very helpful and especially helped us to bring our heavy and big suitcases to their main entrance for taxi to airport because there are so many stair steps which are not user friendly for our elders to walk up and down with heavy suitcases. Also we would like to thank for one lady she (陳四妹) works in the restaurant where provided for breakfast. She is so helpful and kindness to us during our breakfast time since we could not speak well Mandarin but she is willing to help us on the food.

Fantastic place, modern building, beautiful view, very large and very clean rooms and friendly people - the only little drawback: nobody speaks any European Language so it was a bit tough to understand and we mostly had to use translator. I'd like to come back to that place.

Nice modern hotel. Everything is new, in the bedside tables there is a wireless charging, a smart toilet, etc. Very good breakfast. Below, 10 meters away, there is a 24-hour shop.

I booked a Hollywood twin room. Vivian was very nice and helped to upgrade it. She also arranged a room with a lake view. She responded to messages in a timely manner. The lobby was very fancy. The overall experience of staying here was very good. I recommend staying here! Let me first praise the advantages: 1. The room is large and well maintained. It is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the room temperature is suitable, and the room facing the lake can see the sun rising, which is very comfortable. 2. The cleaner is very polite and delivers things quickly. She cleaned and folded the clothes for the renewal room, wiped the skin care products and put them in place, and left a note. 3. The attitude of the staff I met was very good, with a smile. When I picked up my luggage, I left the coffee there and forgot to take it. When I returned, I found that it was thrown away for me, but I immediately refilled the coffee in the lobby bar for me, which was also very delicious. 4. The hair dryer is very useful and my hair dries very quickly. The toiletries are easy to use. 5. The sound insulation is very good. It seems that there is a staff rest room directly opposite the room, but I have not been disturbed by the housekeeping or other guests for two nights. 6. Downstairs is the subway station and Cha Yan. There are taxis waiting at the door at any time. The transportation is very convenient and it is also very close to Wuhan Station. I took taxis all the way in Wuhan. Taxis are fast and cheap. Things to be improved: 1. The washbasin in the room is too far away. You have to bow 45 degrees to prevent water from splashing everywhere. 2. The teeth of the wooden comb provided are too short and not easy to use. 3. The pattern of the mouthwash cup looks more ”down-to-earth”. I can't tell whether it is dirty or not. I am a little afraid to use it. It is recommended to replace it with a transparent glass cup. 4. The shower head is broken, and water is everywhere~ 5. The electronic scale in the room seems to be broken and does not display 6. The mini bar is removed. The food in Wuhan is very spicy and salty. I can't get anything to drink temporarily. You can call the front desk separately to make up for it. The last one is neither an advantage nor a disadvantage, that is, you have to go down to get the takeaway by yourself. Wuhan is a good place. I will come to play next time~
