I don't live very far from this hotel, but was hoping to enjoy the spa and the executive lounge after a football tournament close by. All the facilities, spa, swimming pool, gym, sauna were all closed. Even the executive lounge was off limits. This was not mentioned when booking and I was unable to get any refund. It's a lovely hotel, but they really struggle to clarify if anything is actually operational post covid.
