一個很垃圾的酒店。徒有其表。服務極差。大晚上的，讓服務員送東西上來，不送，各種找理由，先是説疫情不讓送，我説你放門口，又説人不夠，一定要我下來拿。第一次看到一個四星級酒店不給客人送東西的。投訴到經理那，一樣理直氣壯，愛咋咋地的態度。這種酒店真不知道憑什麼有四星級的。空調也有問題，吹風機也有問題。差到極點。建議大家都別看那些刷好評的，別住。

酒店的裝修温馨且舒適，進去以後給客人的視野非常開闊。同時服務員小方也很熱情幾乎對於客人的要求是有求必應，是一個值得推薦的酒店，酒店房間的設施非常先進，同時房間裏面的衞生也很乾凈，酒店房間裏面的床也很舒適，佈局合適，是我喜歡的類型，枕頭睡着也很舒服，軟硬適中。是一次非常不錯的入住體驗。值得推薦給大家。

一家特別好的酒店，每一個服務人員都熱情周到，盡最大努力讓客人感受好的服務，他們會熱情洋溢的和客人打招呼，詢問是否需要幫助，如果需要，他們會盡最大努力幫助，可以看的出，每個人都是很努力的在工作，也是很努力的在服務。酒店硬件沒的説，房間乾淨明亮，安靜整潔，早餐品種繁多，保質保量，礦泉水無限量供應，解決了這些天的飲水問題，下午茶非常豐盛，環境情調俱佳，客服小方待人特別親切，對客人熱情有加，總會主動上前問及所需，工作特別主動！為美豪酒店點贊！

酒店軟件硬件條件都不錯，服務人員很專業，效率高，房間設計簡約大方，房間寬敞衞生乾淨，視野開闊，枕頭很軟很舒服，床品潔白，熱水很棒，服務人員小許很禮貌熱情。聽到我説我喜歡安靜的環境，還幫我升級了相對安靜的房型，還贈送了早餐，酒店還提供下午茶和早餐，下午在酒店餐廳和朋友喝喝茶下下棋非常有趣，以後出行還選美豪

設施：對四星級酒店來説，有點勉強。酒店外有停車場，但是這次五一期間住了兩天，回酒店都比較晚，就沒有停車位了。如果看到工作人員，他會幫忙指揮停車。
衞生：打掃及時。
服務：前台和打掃衞生的阿姨都比較熱情。
餐飲：去得早的話，早餐挺豐富，一碗雙蛋麪加梅乾菜簡直絕了。下午有一點餅乾和小蛋糕。據説還有宵夜，沒有嘗試。

首次入住美豪酒店，走進大廳就能看見服務員微笑迎接，小許端茶倒水，介紹增值服務，前台就負責辦理入住，兩人合作挺利落，辦理入住就很快，到房間也挺舒服的，挺寬敞挺乾淨，房間有配備數據線，睡衣，咖啡等實用的物品給人的體驗感還是不錯的，酒店有免費的洗衣房和健身房，晚上有夜宵可以吃，早餐也挺豐盛，自助類型，今天又續住了一天，哈哈哈入住體驗很好，下次還會選擇這裏

設施：房間很好雙床房適合帶小朋友一起住。阿姨打掃的很乾凈哦 我們住了3晚，每天一早出門阿姨都會熱情打招呼而且把房間收拾的非常乾淨 特別適合帶長者小孩住在這裏，每天都有免費咖啡，水果餅乾，很喜歡這裏的早餐，種類豐富，乾淨衞生，色香味俱全，現做的餛飩還有麪條都挺好吃的，服務員小許看到我們有小朋友還主動給我們送上了點心和小玩具，這次蕪湖行感覺特別好，也期待下次有機會再來入住

美豪是個連鎖的品牌，服務很好，尤其蕪湖大學城的店，牆角等細節衞生弄的也特別好，可以説是一塵不染。整個房間很好很乾凈，床鋪和枕頭很舒服，房間設施也比較齊全，洗澡和洗漱還有衞生間都是分開的，也比較方便、互不影響。前台服務的工作人員小許態度超級好，温柔且非常熱情。早餐豐盛，增添食物很及時。讓我非常開心哈哈哈哈哈！下次回來蕪湖還會再次入住的！！！非常感謝工作人員們的熱心服務
