很不好的一次住店體驗，我們晚上到的時候比較晚，帶着兩個孩子訂的標間，酒店也沒關注我們幾個人，也沒有給多餘的牙刷和拖鞋，太累了也就將就着休息了，早上七點鐘左右我老公就讓我們起床去吃早飯，他提前去看了一下，説是吃的東西不多，讓我把孩子搞好早點去吃早飯，結果我把兩孩子弄好，讓老公帶他們先去吃早飯，酒店又跟我們説我們的訂單不提供早餐，我當時自己還沒整理好，沒跟他們一起去，還真以為自己沒訂的問題，老公一回來就質問我，搞的我自己都懷疑自己。我打開訂單確實是含早餐的，後來退房時，讓前台再看一下，前台又説有早餐了。由於行程問題，兩孩子和我們都沒吃早飯的情況下離開了酒店。五一雖然很忙，但是是否也要考慮到客人的體驗問題呢！

攜程顯示酒店在景區內，其實離景區隔條河，還要走一段路。App頁面沒有明確定攜帶小童早餐收費標準，飯店才發現15元一個人，而且沒什麼可以吃的，沒有現做的麪點，都是成品蒸的，沒有牛奶，衹有很稀的豆漿。最後交了15元也沒吃飽，衹能回去泡麪。

房間不錯，價格也還行，酒店房間比較乾淨，設施也很齊全，有的房間還帶陽台，酒店位於鳩茲古鎮景區，比較安靜。

時值冬季零下-5℃，到達酒店前，房間裏空調熱風就開着了，温暖；房間寬敞，露台上可見對面鳩茲古鎮；免費早餐是現煮的水餃，冬至正配；還意外看到灑落在徽派建築上的殘雪👍

這是5.1旅遊住的最差的一個酒店了，首選5.1前半個月通過平台定的酒店定價358，然後入住當晚看調價到了260，已經住進去了也沒法退了，就感覺好坑啊！
然後説一下入住感受，環境一般，衞生間弄的就像廉租房一樣，還沒有排風扇，屋裡一直有味。
在一個就是沒有一個像樣的床，是現場打的那種箱體床上面放一個床墊，離地太高不太舒服，一直擔心着小孩睡着怕掉地下去了。

民宿環境很好，裝修比較新，空間大乾淨舒適，性價比高，住了兩晚，前台給升級了房間，還送了一次小童早餐，推薦。 陽台很舒服 可以晾曬衣服，晚上能看到鳩茲古鎮的煙花🎆
